Fantastic hidden gem, great menu and super quality food. We had lunch, a variety of amazing tapas to start and an impressive chuleton (t-bone steak) and rabbit with garlic as a main. Great local red wine from Ronda. Definitely will be back!

I don't know if it's the best restaurant in El Burgo, because I haven't been to any others. But I could say it's the best restaurant I've ever been to.

Pepe has the best coffee and the best food, and he can make Vegan Gluten Free food! Doesn't get better.

El sitio es espectacular, sobre todo su terraza.
El entrante de las croquetas de espinacas y cocido, riquísimas; y el solomillo de cerdo, de lo más exquisito!! Y el postre... Se sale de lo bueno que está la tarta de queso con dulce de leche. Y sobretodo, resaltar la atención del personal, de lo más agradable!! Sobre todo, del muchacho que nos atendió, Jorge. Calidad-precio de 10!
Sin duda 100% recomendable!! Y sin duda, la próxima vez que vuelva a El Burgo, volveré!!

🌯⭐ Flamenquín. Tremendo, pasa al vídeo y escucha como suena al cortarlo. Además un relleno super cremoso y con gran sabor.
🍲⭐ Albóndigas en salsa de almendras. Plato típico en restaurantes y ventas, pero que no en todos saben ejecutar. Estaban tremendas, carne jugosa y conjunto con bastante sabor.
🥗 Ensaladilla rusa. Correcta.
🥣 Salmorejo. Muy rico, sabor intenso y de textura no demasiado espesa.
🍲 Carrillada al PX. Carne tierna, pero salsa un tanto insípida.
🥩 Presa ibérica. Correcta.
🍰 Tarta de queso con dulce de leche. Sabor muy rico del conjunto, que no se ve enmascarado por el dulce de leche.
🍰 Tarta de chocolate. Si te gusta el chocolate... pídela, sin más.

Ideal, um auf der Durchfahrt ein kleines Päuschen einzulegen, etwas zu trinken und die Keramikabteilung aufzusuchen. Die Bedienung war schnell und die Bestellung wurde zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Zudem war alles - gerade auch unter Coronagesichtspunkten - sehr hygienisch.
