Vinos de alta calidad, el personal muy cualificado, se nota el buen hacer de grandisimos profesionales, en resumen, un espectáculo.

Gisteren een fles Hacienda Monesterio 2010 geopend. Helaas ging de kurk helemaal kapot. Ik heb de wijn gezeefd in een decanter.
De kleur; donkerbruin / rood. In de neus; chocolade, leer, zwart rijp fruit, koffie. De binnenkomst; een volle smaak, complex, zwart fruit, koffie, leer, chocolade. De tannines en de zuren waren prachtig geïntegreerd. Een geweldig glas wijn met een zeer lange complexe afdronk.

Bodega no muy grande,pero gente muy profesional, caldos de 10 , esperando volver pronto.
