Top reception: First welcoming and coming to Rest. Paperwork can be done later. Breakfast buffet needs a bit of a retouch in machines and offered products.
Charged closed Parking space available 2 steps down the street.
Perfect location in old Cuenca town.

Stay at the upper end of historic city in charming historic 3-stars-hotel. Room and breakfast where good. Location was outstanding. Parking in garage little downhill is organised by hotel for 16.50 Euro/day.

We tried to book the Parador across the gorge, but thankfully, they were full. The Hotel was incredible, and the views were wonderful. Staff was patient with our limited Spanish, and internet access was great. It was, as far as I can imagine, the Cuena that Hemingway would have seen back in his ex-pat days. A great experience in all aspects.

Fantastic place, we had the junior suite for 2 nights in August, balcony stunning views, room wonderfully spacious and spa bath incredible. We love it and Cuenca and will be back!

Lovely hotel. Great location. Easy walking distance to everything. Up near top of old town, so steep streets.

Todo muy bien excepto la persona que atiende la cafetería. Íbamos con nuestra mascota ( es un hotel que admiten mascotas)
Nos negó la entrada a la cafetería.
Siendo bastante desagradable al decirnos que no podíamos entrar.
Pués lo primero que tenía que preguntar si estábamos instalados
en el hotel...Y todo eso con cara de palo...
