Spain is different, Cuenca is unique, and Bar Pentagrama is authentic! I'm a regular there, and I totally recommend it. It's full of weird and wonderful people! They serve traditional dishes from the region like zarajo, codillo asado...I can't remember the other names.The staff are really warm hearted and friendly.Speak to Juan Carlos, and he'll tell you a few stories.

Nos paramos a tomar una caña y acabamos pidiendo un arroz que nos hicieron super rico a muy buen precio. El camarero super atento y cercano. Encima la terracita daba el sol y se estaba super agusto.

Un local con cerveza 1906 de barril. De los pocos que la tienen en Cuenca. José Luis es una auténtica delicia de camarero.
