Lovely albergue. Comfy beds in small rooms. Well kitted out and good value for money. Dinner was prodigious! Good path links directly to hospitales route which is reached in 30-40 minutes then carry on over. Great option. Staff very busy with all those people so some patience required.

After a long trek on a cold foggy day, this place was amazing—one of the best albergues I stayed at on the Primitivo. Kind and welcoming staff, cozy common area, simple but clean dorms and bathrooms. Dinner was completely worth the 12 euros—huge portions, homemade, and they offer a vegetarian option.

Perfect location to rest before starting the Los Hospitales route. This albergue was the best so far through day 5 of the Camino Primitivo.

Modern shared spaces and 4-person rooms made for an stress-free stay. Both lunch and dinner were delicious with plenty of food.

The hosts, especially the woman, were amazing. Abundant, delicious dinner before the hospitales route. The private room is SO beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 recommend.

Stopped her for a cafe con leche and a bathroom break on the way to Pola de Allande for the night. Perfect place to rest. Beautiful facilities, would definitely stay here before going up to hospitales route instead of Borres.

Very nice and modern alberque, rooms with 6 beds. Dinner was delicious and huge! Hosts dont speak english, but they are very kind! However I did my reservation by phone in english, so that was ok.

This place is amazing. The rooms are clean, the food was very tasty and the staff very helpful. I recommend this place also for the nice view and you can start walking Los Hospitales right across the street.

Such a great find along the Camino Primitivo. There is beer on tap, and great food (vegan options). Nice rooms, a washer and a dryer are available, and the owners are AMAZING!!!

He can provide food in the evening and for breakfast. He can make sandwiches as well.
Probably the best accomodation do the "de hospitales camino".
Rooms are 3 bunk bed per room. Plug and light for every bed.

The BEST Alberque I have stayed at during my 24 days on the Camino. I “HIGHLY” recommend doing Camino Primitivo, this is the place to stay. The hosts were amazing.

Alternative stop to Borres on the Camino Primitivo with the difference of having access to the Hospitales route.
If the weather is inclement you can continue to Pola de Allande or do as planned and walk the breathtakingly beautiful Hospitales route.

Amazing Hostel, the best one on the Camino Primitivo .

Un muy buen albergue para quedarse, todo super nuevo y limpio , duchas en cada habitación para 6 . La cena es a las 7 para todos y muy contundente , te deja nuevo para seguir con el camino al día siguiente , que falta que hace para hacerse los hospitales. José te atiende muy amablemente , está muy bien localizado con unas vistas espectaculares de la puesta de sol. Fui recomendado y ha sido todo un acierto.

Se ve claramente que no es un albergue público, sin haber una diferencia de precio significativa.
Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones y mejor atención.
Está pensado para el peregrino, se cena y se acuesta temprano, se levanta y se desayuna temprano, a los de aquí nos cuesta, pero es lo correcto.
Tengo claro que repetiría.

El albergue más bonito de todo el Camino Primitivo. Está situado en un enclave maravilloso. Las instalaciones son nuevas y está súper limpio. Nosotros dormimos en una habitación doble con una terraza con vistas espectaculares. La habitación muy amplia y el baño también. Mención especial para la pareja que lo lleva, son encantadores, atención de 10. Nos sentimos como en casa. Y por último, si lees esto y dudas sobre si tirar por la ruta de los hospitales, que sepas que para nosotros ha sido la parte más bonita y mágica del Camino.
