No tienen repuestos de un audífono de 8 años y 2500 euros.

Rude and unprofessional. Gives you an online appointment, confirms via email and claims that the appointment was canceled because they could not reach you on a Spanish mobile, while tons of other people called on that same number and no single message was left by them. Zero customer service, but most of all bad attitude and rudeness. If that’s how a medical professional behaves, they do not deserve my business. Will be happy to spend the thousands of Euros of treatment elsewhere.

Hice un cambio de cita para mi abuela del 17 de febrero a hoy, 27 de febrero llamando al numero de gaes Jávea y han estado llamando a mi abuela para recordarle la cita de hoy varias veces, llegamos hoy y que no tenía cita. Increíble que se haga perder el tiempo de esta manera.. hemos solicitado que eliminen los datos de ella de la base de datos, veremos si no llaman más insistiendo en ir para luego no tener cita..
