I can't recommend Paloma's enough! The owners are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as you can feel the love they put into everything they prepare. The cozy interior adds to the charm, making it a perfect spot for coffee or brunch with friends. The ever-changing menu ensures a delightful experience, and the food is both beautifully presented and delicious. Don't forget to grab some of their amazing cookies and cakes on your way out! A must-visit in the heart of Segovia!

A small local cafe in one of the sides streets near the acuadoct. We ordered the Shakshuka and the Avocado toast. Both were splendid. Great ingredients from the olive oil, the bread, the tomato up to the coffee. Highly recommended especially if you wish to avoid the tourists restaurants area.

Discovered this place off the beaten track in Segovia. The place is small and with really curated menu. We had the spinach soup and focaccia sandwich and they are both good! Hearty and really good place to have a quick bite before heading to the chaos of Segovia.

Silvana and Jack are the best hosts! Tried many places in Segovia, no other place have a focaccia better than here!! I recommend the matcha cookie and carrot cake next to coffee.

just to know- this cafe is small and cozy, so if you are 5+ person groups, it is better for you if you choose another place.
