Do not believe the negative reviews posted for this hotel. The staff have been great. The location is very good, short walk to the beach and shops. Fine choice of food, room cleaned daily. Kids having a great time, waiters will bring drinks to your table. We will book to return next year.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and I could not fault it. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Rooms were cleaned every day and we got fresh towels.

Few minutes from town, amazing hotel, amazing food, amazing staff, we were on a rugby tour. Highly recommend for groups. Food is absolutely beautiful, a massive selection of food. pool is lovely, cocktails are so nice and very fast service.. can't wait to go back with my family 🤎🤎

This hotel is perfect. It is very clean. Location is brilliant. Staff are very friendly. Food is absolutely amazing. Pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds.
I brought my 11 year old son here. And we are absolutely loving it. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

They say 4 star hotel, no*. But they are at least a 4 star review here, excellent value and service. Think cruise ship that never leaves dock type experience. You can hear the surf easily, as also the kids at 11pm and the town drunks at 3am. We thought parking was included, it is not and is 12 Euros/night - reserve a spot! Breakfast and dinner was however and excellent for the amount paid.

* No laundry service, ice, etc. - things the a 4 star must have.

Lovely hotel with great views. 5 mins walk to the beach and shops. If all inclusive you'll be treated differently so beware. Food is very average and cold. Entertainment is poor at night time, perhaps head out to the bars. All In all a very good base for a holiday.

Big thanks for all employees, they make our vacation special. Food was delicious and amazing. Every day shef Ken from Senegal always smiling and prepare God BBQ for us. Shef from Maroco and Hanan been very kind and wait us with smile every day.Thank you all housekeeping team. See you next time.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food. Very clean but could do with a bit of a revamp as looking tired in places. Short walk to the beach and town. Two outside pools, although the one round the back is mostly in the shade come mid afternoon. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return.

Fantastic Hotel which is down to the hard-work of the staff and it's location. We have loved every minute of our time here and would highly recommend. The food is so good, the bar staff are so friendly and hard working and the animation team have so much energy and enthusiasm.

Brilliant place to stay; clean, great location (5 mins from the beach), good food and good staff. Me and my partner went originally booking a sea view room. When we got there a sea view room wasn't available, the staff upgraded our rooms to a junior suit room with amazing views which the sea was visible for free (this room they gave us was so much better). I would reccomend this place 100%

The staff were fabulous and made our stay amazing ! Special shout-out to Joan who kept us cheerful all through our holiday and was the kindest most generous bar man 🫶 we love you Joan

Amazing hotel I would say all inclusive has some great choices all day long. However choosing a different bored doesn't matter being 5 minutes from town you can walk straight out of the hotel and see restaurants you could eat at. Portaventura is a bus ride away and the staff on the desk can easily advise you.

Our stay was amazing brilliant sea view good staff brilliant food arcade place down at the bottom of the street it was a good flight there and back .Back pool is alright not my favourite to me front pool is the best .The back pool has a near football court basket ball and throw ball.Floor -1 has a spa and the car park then 2 is the lobby and front pool and some hotel rooms and 0 is back pool and has some hotel rooms .The other floors are hotel rooms.We met a friend at the bar next to us (Rio Grande Salou) Every day in the pool.We are sad to leave the hotel I think in the next three years we are coming back to 4R hotels 1.I would rate this a five star even know there were a few niggles
lift stops when a power cut or when it looses all its power.Hope it is called 5R hotels the next time we come :)

We have just returned from Salou Park 1 hotel, absolutely first class, wide selection of food, wonderful rooms, the indoor pool area is a dream especially this time of year! If there was a down side, it would be not many staff spoke English! Im looking to going back to this hotel.

Brilliant hotel, staff are great my son has autism and location is perfect for him aswell because it's not too noisy.
I've just booked gain this year for ten days in august, can't wait.

An absolutely fantastic hotel my wife and I couldn't fault it at all the rooms were brilliant and the food was out of this world the only downside was the pool area it was more or less in the shade all day due to the trees we've booked again to go back this summer

Good clean hotel food a little mediocre buy our two teenage boys were happy enough! Good pool plenty of loungers to go round.
