Always had a good experience here. I bought my lap top my tablet and my lobster card from them. Great friendly multilingual staff who are brilliantly helpful to the uninitiated in the ways of the modern world? One, well actually THREE words of warning " mind the step!"😭

Friendly prompt service. On the spot help for many computer issues. Also Lobster agent, cheap and good for EU / UK calls, although sometimes tricky as you cross borders.

A massive thank you for your excellent help and kindness you have provided to my very elderly parents who live in Javea. You always provide great advice, never suggest they spend money unnecessarily and have enabled them to keep in touch with myself and my brother in the UK and Canada whilst we are all in isolation. Every member of staff greets you with courtesy and professionalism....rare and appreciated nowadays! They are highly knowledgeable and don't treat you like an idiot when the only problem with your Wi-Fi not working... is because you haven't turned the switch on....! All done with a smile. During the very special period of COVID-19, I imagine it would be very hard to find a shop to fix my PC and my dad's PC. But PC Solution has proved me wrong. We went to the shop and the technician was very patient. Because of there was no big problem, he didn't charge us anything. The service was very nice and we would recommend this shop to our friends.

Excellent communication from Dennis via e mail when I ordered a product that wasn't in stock and excellent service from Juliana who transferred a lot of data from one sd card to the new one for me. Would certainly shop there again. Thankyou to the staff.

This place should be called Total PC Solutions. Extraordinarily helpful team who always go the extra mile (and who are patient) and really extra helpful even to those of us with only half a functioning brain cell when laptops go "wonky". Highly recommended as one stop solution for all and anything techie, highly knowledgeable, professional and all with a smile!

I needed a fairly obscure USB cable and could not find one in a shop anywhere in the area until a friend recommended PC Solutions and, to my surprise they had the cable I needed. The staff in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable, hence the 5 stars.

Fantastic, very helpful staff, many languages spoken so all your problems solved. All the usual PC consumables and peripherals on sale. Great for parcel pick up and drop off.

Number 1 in price, selection and especially customer service. We bought a 6 euro pen drive that we couldn´t make work in our old (non internet connected) computer. We lugged it to the store and, at no cost, the lovely young man who was working there spent over half an hour getting it to work. While there, I noticed they had a far better selection of mousepads, at much better prices, than the one I had just bought that morning at "Stop and Click" - a truly horrible place that refused to let me return the mouse even though they sold me one with a cable when I asked for a wireless one (they insisted on replacing it with a different model). Very unpleasant people.

After spilling coffee on my Macbook Air keyboard I didn´t have much hope that it could be repaired. PC Solutions ordered me a Spanish replacement and fitted it wihin 48 hours. All for a reasonable price. Very pleased.

The most helpful PC shop I have ever come across...Nothing is too much trouble for them...you have a problem then they can fix it or help you through it. Whenever I need to buy something or need advice PC Solutions are my first point of contact.
