Supermercado Buyrite II

Epic little store for a brit living abroad. Family owners are super friendly and welcoming. Also a great place to get beach supplies. Food and drink to go. Loads of variety. And very well priced for luxury and premium items.

A very interesting shop.

A bit cramped, but for anybody missing their English tea, Marmite, Walker's Crisps, Cadbury's or myriad other items, this is the place to go!

Owned and run by some pleasant Chinese, they have realised that there is a market opportunity not fully realised by the nearby SuperCor and Carrefour Market supermarkets: British products.

It is packed with UK items, both grocery and frozen.

The shopping run to Gib is no more, although the Overseas Store near Sotogrande, which sells Waitrose branded goods is larger and, of course, posher.

Well that is Waitrose, this is more Asda!

This mini-supermarket opened in the past year or so in the premises that used to house the Bangkok Thai restaurant.

At first glance it was hard to see the point of opening another market with Super Cor just across the street. However, when you go inside you will find a lot of British brands that are tricky to locate elsewhere in town. For that reason I'm sure it will be popular among UK expats and tourists looking for a taste of home.

With all due respect, is another China Store, same things from China and some groceries.

Produits tres tres cher, vous faites plusieurs metres et il y a des boutiques ide tiques a des prix tres inferieur. Rajouté à cela les gerants qui vous suivent du regard dans toute la boutique meme dehors, bof. Je n y reviendrai pas.

Stay Away from BUYRITE II SUPERMERCADO if you don’t want be robbed and scammed
Went to buy some ice creams from Buyrite II Supermercado in Puerto Deportivo - Estepona and got charged 8€ for 2 ice-creams which I found extremely expensive but being a warm day and kids wanting the ice-creams I got them.
As I walked about 300 meters along the same road, I noticed another shop selling ice-creams, I went to check the price and the same ice-cream was selling for 2€ each. Ice-creams were already half eaten so couldn’t go back.
So here I am warning others to keep well away from this shop BUYRITE II SUPERMERCADO if you don’t want to be well overcharged.

I am sure that the price I quoted may not have been the correct price you may have on your ice-creams BUT it was the price i was charged at the till. I am not telling any untruth here so don't come up with silly excuses. I will just leave this here.

CUIDADO CON ESTA TIENDA es una estafa

Voy a comprar un pack de 2 pilas y me pasa el código de barras 2 veces alegando que las pilas vienen sueltas cuando pone que es un pack. Al comunicarle que me quiere cobrar 2 veces por un pack de 2 pilas me dice que no, que si quiero las 2 tengo que pagar doble y que sino me fuera a otro sitio o me cortaba la caja para que me llevara solo 1..
PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA..
Compré las pilas por necesidad habiendo cobrado el doble, no vuelvo más .

(Tienda china) Me han estafado con un souvenir en pésimo estado y el dependiente se niega a la devolución justo acabandolo de comprar, mala atención y el empleado es muy borde.
Mi respuesta es que el empleado no informa de nada de que la maquina es externa ni ningún tipo de explicación solo que no devuelve nada y ya está sin importarle en absoluto lo que le estoy diciendo... y además ese tipo de máquinas se usarlas y el problema es de la maquina y aunque digas que no sois responsables de todos los productos que ofrece vuestro establecimiento... además de mal servicio mentirosos inventando excusas para responder una reseña.

La chica más joven una incompetente. Fue pesimo el trato
