We called in to buy Panniers and deal with the squeaky brakes on both our bikes. Very, very nice people in Elite Bikes, most helpful and professional. We would recommend them for a well run and customer orientated bike shop.

Very kindly let me use his bike pump for my bike. Didn't accept payment. What a lovely gesture.

Very Good bike Shop.
I had a problem with my electronically shifting (di2) and they had all the spare pieces.
Very good mechanical, very friendly and fast to solve the problem. Price was also very fair (but I am Swiss). They speak English and also German.
Definitely recommend this bike shop.

So happy that Elite have opened here in Javea. Multilingual with great value for money bike service, parts and support. These guys don’t mind if it’s an old hack about bike for the pub run or a top of the range road bike they will sort you out. Check out the clothing and shoes downstairs.

Very personable and helpful staff. Highest quality bikes, parts and services. And the mechanic is the most experienced and efficient in Javea. Turn-around times on repairs and servicing are quick.

First day of holiday and I found I had a broken piece of equipment that stopped me riding. Popped into Elite and after a rummage through their stock got the bike fixed and at little cost.

Very helpful staff and friendly. I only bought some chain oil, but they were very good.

I have visited this store a few times, and every time it has been a pleasure. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the service has been great. I will be back again!

C est tout simplement le meilleur professionnel du cycle que j ai eu l'occasion de voir dans ma vie de cycliste et j ai 66 ans et quelques kilomètres a non actif.il a de très bon équipement pour le vélo de route il est hyper réactif lorsque vous lui apporter votre matériel a réparé ou a optimiser.il a de très bon équipement de très bonnes qualités a des prix plus que correct et ce qui ne gâche rien il est très sympathique et parle plusieurs langues dont le français je recommande ce professionnel
