Hotel Restaurant Campanile Bayeux

A nice hotel close to the city centre. Not far from the railway station. And a great starting point for D-Day beaches trips and city centre walks.
Room was a bit smaller and colder (easy to heat up tho), but clean. We missed a metal spoon and some cups. The view is simply amazing: nature and the Bayeux cathedral.
Breakfast was rich (all you can eat) and delicious.
Staff was kind and helpful.

Had a great stay with the Guild of Battlefield Guides, excellent location, friendly staff and good value for money.

Nicely positioned and only five to 10 minutes walk from the centre.
We were lucky with the room, which overlooked a field of cows with the spires and rooftops visible beyond.

Staff very jolly and helpful. It’s what you expect from Campanile, but the position and proximity to Bayeux was a great addition!

Stayed in 2016, just after the Tour de France passed through.

Cannot recommend enough. Short walk into town, to the Cathedral, or to see the tapestry - I used this location for my 3 Overlord tours that I went on.

The food was also great at the Hotel - I had to compliment the chef after having one of the best burgers, I've ever tasted!

Excellent base for visiting dday beaches. Only 3 persoon bedroom is to small because the place an extra bed in the normal room. Almost no space to move. Breakfast is good. Situated on nice spot close to the museums and city entre.

This hotel is well located out of the main city but close enough where the downtown areas within walking distance as well as the British cemetery and the Museum of Normandy. Its Simplicity and overall varied availability of rooms makes it good for any average traveler going through the area or wanting to visit the area

Not a bad choice at all. Good price, good food and awesome breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Bit far from downtown, but it is only a 10 minutes walk.

very comfortable, friendly staff, good price, excellent breakfast with egg, crepes, yogurt, fruit in a country setting surrounded by cow pastures. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The rooms are very nice and modern. There is a restaurant that is delicious and the hotel is within perfect walking distsnce of the cathedral. Would recommemd!
