What a wonderful experience eating at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was extremely tasty and well prepared, the bread was served, warm, and the atmosphere was very nice. Including the white linen tablecloth’s. I highly recommend going to this restaurant for some very tasty locally spiced food. If you sit on the patio, you have a great view of the cathedral.

Walked in without a reservation. Service was a little slow but they were friendly--possibly a little short on staff the night we were there. The food and wine were excellent, however, so we have nothing to complain about!

Excellent quintessential French cuisine. Because of tourism in the area, the staff speaks fluent English. The food was delicious without being overly pretentious. Reasonably priced for the quality.

Recommended in Rick Steve's guide book. Overall, very much liked our meal and experience. Relaxed atmosphere in an upscale French restaurant with white linen table cloths. Food was very well prepared and reasonably good value. Near cathedral in Bayeux which has many good restaurants and centrally located. Would definitely to there again on a future visit.

We were the first lunch customers on the terrace. The sunscreen was lowered at our request to give us shade and the service was excellent throughout. We had a very tasteful salmon dish with vegetables on a mousse of carrots and risotto. I will try the mousse at home. Nice inspiration. Good cappuccino. Warmly recommended restaurant.

My family and I had dinner here this week. It was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, with friendly and attentive service. The quality of ingredients was obvious. Fish and chicken dishes, local cheeses, vegetables, and cider. Wish I could eat here again!

During a month long visit to France, this was the best meal I ate. We walked in off the street at around 7.30pm without a reservation, and they managed to squeeze us in. The service was fantastic and the food amazing. We loved this restaurant!

The drinks were great but we saved room for the desert - the croustillant was fabulous. An excellent meal and evening.

Outstanding lunch at Le Pommier, staff assisted us in English which we were grateful for. The 7 hour lamb was divine as was the famous apple pie! Relaxed and friendly atmosphere with good, modern decor that seemed to cater for locals as well as visitors based on who was around us. A real treat!

Nice spot under the cathedral. I was able to get a booking for outside table and not too cold.
Had the tourist menu, fish terrine, salmon with butter sauce, creme brulee were all good but could not finish the brulee. Small carafe of rose to round it off. Lovely fresh bread and amuse bouche to start.

What a lovely, charming restaurant on a beautiful setting and excellent menu. We wanted a special restaurant to celebrate our 14 heart anniversary while touring the Bayeux area and this is the restaurant offer hotel concierge booked for us. Definitely was special. Delicious good, excellent service lovely ambiance.

Amazing local cuisine. We did the chef special, which is quite the deal at just 35€ for an unforgettable meal. Protip: Normandy is a cider region. Skip the wine and get a bottle of cider with dinner!

Delicious! We started with the regional sampler and a bottle of local wine. My picky-eater fiancé had the chicken with cream sauce and loved it! I had the salmon and it was also very tasty. For dessert, I was so happy to see a gluten free option! And it tasted so good! Easy to make a reservation and the service was quick and friendly.

This place is was lovely. A quiet, intimate setting for a gorgeous family meal with great wine. The service was not at all invasive but still very attentive. A must if you’re in Bayeux!

Great service. Walked by at 6 for reservation at 7 :00 and were able to accommodate our group of 4 adult and 3 kids. Semi kid friendly menu and great wine!!
