Beautiful and very interesting museum, explanation and information on making the local cheese. Big choice of regional products in superior, crafted quality.

I liked this place. The self guided tour was so interesting. The demonstration was done in French & German. We speak English and they only do those for groups. However, the man who did the demonstration added a few explanations in English. We tasted 3 kinds of cheese. My favorite was the fresh dessert cheese. The gift shop was nice as well. Places like these are what you make of it, be optimistic and choose to enjoy!

I love cheese and seeing how they made several cheeses was a real treat if passing through try to visit musee and do the little tour and the videos. Would recommend

Seems like some people are pretty angry with this nice place and therefore leave negative reviews that don't make any sense. It's a nice museum, with a pretty well-informed and passionate guide.
I won't say it's a must see but a pretty nice attraction if you like cheese.

Limited English tours. So if you want an English tour you need to book in advance. The exhibition and videos all have English sub titles.

It was such a lovely place, would have never thought that we could spend 3 hours in a cheese factory. It was interesting to see a documentary on how village people live nowadays, great demonstration of cheese making process, u can try cheese and some curd with schnapps as well. Great opportunity to see cows and interact with horses and other cattle behind the house. Sitting on the sun in a cafe terrace with a glass of wine is a great pleasure.

Incredible random dinner on a Tuesday night. The host was super friendly, the food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Worth visiting. Very informative.

Interactive and child friendly cheese factory where you can get a feeling how cheese is produced in the area, and you can actually see it on many installations, videos and live demonstration. After tasting the cheese you can buy them in the shop together with many other local, handcrafted products.

Here you can find out how french cheese is made. A demonstration is available for tourists and they also have a restaurant with very good dishes
