The aisles of the pharmacy were narrow, but so are all the other pharmacies in Paris. When I was there at the time, there were many offers and I was able to get my products cheaper.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Besides French and English, they also speak Chinese.

The kindest staff one could ever hope for. As I was walking to the Opera House I felt a horrific pain in my wrist, and blindly walked to this pharmacy. One beautiful employee explained to me that it was a bee sting (I had no idea that's what had happened), and helped me. She and her colleague were SO WONDERFUL and benevolent to this crying stranger. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel safe and cared for.

Very well supplied pharmacy where, beyond pharmaceuticals, you can find a large selection of cosmetics and well-being products. It is located across the street from Galleries Lafayette and the English speaking staff is well trained and welcoming.

Pharmacie de qualité à l'écoute et avec un très grand choix de produit en parapharmacie

Une pharmacie exceptionnelle et ce depuis des années. À l'époque où des cars entiers de touristes étaient déversés dans la pharmacie, le personnel était toujours très attentif aux personnes du quartier et s'assurait que nous soyons correctement pris en charge. Pendant la pandémie, la gestion a également été impeccable : des centaines de personnes venaient se faire tester chaque jour et cela n'entachait ni le professionnalisme ni le calme des employés, sans parler des personnes en charge des prélèvements aussi douces qu'adorables. Les pharmaciennes sont toujours pleines de bons conseils et d'une gentillesse infinie. Les vigiles sont agréables et prévenants. Les prix défient toute concurrence. Bref, que des bonnes choses à dire sur cette pharmacie ! Ce n'est pas la plus près de chez moi mais je marche volontiers 5 minutes de plus pour m'y rendre !
