Our tour guide highly recommended this shop to us and for good reason. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We felt that some of the other shops we visited were very pushy. None of that here. We found they had great variety, fine service, reasonable prices and shipping rates.

Very lovely staff and store. Despite my small budget I was treated friendly and they tried to find a few bottles that suited both my budget and taste. We even did a tasting of 6 wines to compare and pick the ones I like. Highly recommended!

Amazing wine tasting! The person in charge is competent, honest and knows A LOT about French wine. Certainly worth the visit and taking the time to talk about local wine. We had a lovely time, drank fabulous wine and learnt a great deal. You will not be pushed into buying expensive overrated mainstream wine. Quite the contrary! Set your budget and prepare yourself for an amazing experience.

Our experience with ETS Martin was excellent, from the moment we entered until our case of wine landed on our doorstep. Walking in the door, Ben greeted us cordially, assessed our interests and preferences, and proceeded to curate an extensive tasting for us. When we returned unannounced the next day, Matthieu recognized us, offering additional tastes, and Ben deftly juggled another impromptu tasting for us in the midst of hosting other clients. After we returned home, Ben checked in twice while our case was in transit to assure its safe delivery. This is a professional organization with knowledgable, attentive associates. Highly recommended.

I recently visited the shop after a 14 year hiatus. They still had my previous order in their system and it was like a reunion of old friends. Benoit had served me back in 2009 when I first visited his shop and he's still there today. We were treated to some amazing wines and the experience was top notch. Cannot recommend ETS Martin enough for tasting and buying wine if you are in Saint Emillion. Its their knowledge, experience, professionalism and warm welcome that makes all the difference. Brendan

Of the three wine stores we visited while in town this was the one we felt was the best. Excellent customer service with no sales pressure just staff who understands their products and works with customers to find what works for them. Our host exposed us to a number of different wines and at the end of all the tastings we were presented with the pricing so that we wouldn't be swayed.

easy 5 stars. Matthieu was a class act - took time to explain every bit behind each wine tasting and we learned new stuff which was great! We felt at ease throughout and had a great time. So glad we chanced upon this place. Bought 2 bottles ourselves and can't wait for the evolution of these wine over time. Can't recommend this place highly enough - both for professionals or beginners like us :)

They have an amazing selection of Bordeaux wines, especially the vintages ones. Prices are reasonable and they even ship internationally. I've purchased a few bottles of vintage wines from them. Highly recommended, the owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the wines in Bordeaux, you can ask them anything. There is a nice basement cellar where you can enjoy looking at the bottles.

One of my favorite shop if you are looking for some nice exclusive wine in Bordeaux. They have almost everything. Used to visit them more often but after 3 years it was nice to see that nothing changed. Still plenty of variation to choose from(wines, champagnes, armagnac) and really friendly staff. Just ask for wine tasting and they are happy to do it with you. Enjoyed it too much. Thumbs up

Never have I had such a great experience with the wine broker. The guy who helped us pick the wine is called Cedric, and he not only has passion about the wine but also great knowledge of the wine in each region. We are pleasant with the service and end up buying 12 bottles of fantastic wine. Highly recommend this place if ur looking for nice wine!!

Highly recommend this wine store. The staff is very knowledgeable of the local and Bordeaux wines, as well as Armagnac. Great tasting, and very positive customer service. A very huge thank you to Mathieu, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with the right wine and ordering a bottle of Armagnac that was out of stock, so that we had it before we departed from Saint Émilion. Also, highly recommend to visit the underground cave just below the shop. Thanks again Mathieu and to your fellow staff for a fantastic experience and great wine recommendations.

This place has quickly become one of our favorite wine stores in the world, after a series of beautiful wine tastings and recommendations by Florian, one of the staff here. The shop is very well stocked, even among the 30+ wine stores in the village, with a wonderful vintage cellar underground. Naturally the Bordeaux selection is incredible, but they also have a fine selection of Darroze bas armagnac and grand cru Burgundy. We have learned so much from the tastings here: of white wine, red wine, and Armagnac! We also find the prices in general to be close to that from the chateaux, so very reasonable. They ship all over the world, and we have been assembling a case of 12 bottles to have shipped back to the US for us. Many thanks to all the staff here, and especially Florian!

Super friendly team that are more than happy to let you taste a wide range of wine and take time to listen to what you are looking for. Happy to help advise if you want and don’t push you to buy more expensive. Very relaxed and ideal place to get an introduction to the regions wines!

This has become a go-to spot when we or family or friends are in St Emilion looking to buy wine to send home to the US.

Always attentive and interested in what you are looking for, we have found some incredible gems at reasonable price points, but also absolute treasures tagged for special occasions.

Benoit has come to know us so well, with advance notice, he refers back to our past orders, and compiles amazing tastings where it is almost impossible to find a THING to complain about.

Additionally, if you request, they will email you tasting notes and drinking windows which is such a wonderful thing to have when you get back home to refer to!

Absolutely superb service, always at the top of our list when we know we are headed back to Bordeaux!

My favourite place to pick up wine in St Emilion. Very knowledgeable and always ready to give an impromptu tasting. Despite appearances to the opposite, and the entrance room being full of wine priced over 200 EUR, this place is not overly touristy and has excellent reasonably priced wines too.

100 percent recommend. Great place and lovely people. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Baptiste is the man. My favorite place to buy wine.
