We had the menu découverte, excellent food, attentive and accommodating staff - worth every cent. You feel a bit more like you're on a judging panel than at a restaurant as the dining hall doesn't provide a whole lot of privacy, but the offer to take your tea/coffee on the terrace made up for it. The mint infusion was a perfect end to the whole meal. Truly an exquisite and tasteful experience! Highly recommended

what can I say? It is Michelin 2 stars for a reason. The complete st Emilion experience capped with an absolute gastronomical delight. We had the lunch set course menu and everything was done to perfection. Paired with some wine recommended by the sommelier, you are in for a treat.
If you are reading this and still unsure whether to go for it, I say take your chances and take the plunge. Life is a wonderful journey and being able to soak in everything that st Emilion has to offer is a pleasure and privilege at the same time. Enjoy :)

Just a amazing experience. Service and food are impeccable! (If I’m truly honest, I think the food can be better considered it is a 2 star’s restaurant) The restaurant and the environment around is also very relaxing which is definitely a bonus!

I'm not sure that there are proper words to describe this incredible experience. Ask about the story behind the decor, but more importantly, connect with the staff. Observe the "dance" they so seamlessly execute as they work together to provide a flawless experience. The menu is divine, allow the Chef to guide you and personalize it for you. And of course, connect with the individuals orchestrating your evening. They are true professionals with such a heart for people and service. It was a privilege to dine with them. An evening we will never forget!

Nous avons eu la chance pouvoir séjourner à l'hôtel de Pavie et d'y découvrir ce restaurant.

Au delà des plats délicieux que nous avons pu manger, tout le personnel est très attentionné, à l'écoute, avec la touche d'humour qui transforme ce repas en véritable moment de détente !

Ein wenig steife Atmosphäre, man hat den Eindruck man sollte besser flüstern, heutzutage nicht mehr zwingend erforderlich. Das Menü phantastisch, Weinbegleitung auch. Service war ok, nicht unbedingt persönlich. Den Espresso im Freien mit toller Aussicht unbezahlbar!

Nous avons passé un moment d'excellence , tout le personnel au top autant en cuisine qu'en salle ou à l'accueil, professionnalisme et gentillesse, une vue sur Saint émilion magnifique et bien sûr des plats régalés autant par les yeux que les papilles .

L'originalité des mets avec un accompagnement de mises en bouche recherchées.
L'accord des vins proposés est aussi très judicieux.
L'accueil et le service sont remarquables avec des gens sympathiques qui ont vraiment un sens de la clientèle.
