Great pizza restaurant well worth the walk from the centre of Carcassonne. Unique approach where high quality fresh ingredients are assembled on cooked bases and then served without further heating. Friendly staff and a personal “thank you” from chef Rabah himself made for a great experience. Thoroughly recommended.

I was told there was a master of his art nearby and we had to try it.
With such high expectations disappointment should have been predetermined but that was not the case.
The place was clean and we'll decorated with a certain charme.
The staff was extremely polite and helpful with requests like the need for an English menu.

The real reason for 5 stars though was the food of course. The pizza I ordered was just bliss for anyone that loves meat and strong flavours. A fresh still liquid egg in the middle of vegetables and hand made meatballs was all I could ever ask for. The pizzas we're not only made with love but also skill as the crust was not just cooked perfectly but included a tiny knot with an olive simply for style reasons.

We also tried some of the alcohol free cocktails which were definetly not your standard fruit juice mix making them a hit!

The Panacotta was great but did not compare to the pizza.

Price wise the pizza while slightly on the more expensive side are definitely worth it. You do get your money worth here tenfold and the pizzas are more than large enough to feed anyone that is hungry.

With one drink you should expect around 20-25€ on average per person here. Make it 30 if you intend on having dessert.

We also got a free digestive at the end which made for a very wholesome end.

If I could I would leave 6 stars.

What an amazing place! Generous pizza, creative and tasty, with a wide variety of quality ingredients and the best dough. It's not just your regular pizza, but more like a work of Art.
The place is stylish, warm and cozy, the staff very welcoming, and you can tell the chef is going for the extra mile with every little details, greeting each customer and pouring his heart in every pizza. Even the toilets are awesome in this place.
My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough in town to go back for another dinner.

The staff kindly accommodated us when we turned up without a reservation on a Sunday evening. The Margarita pizza was superb, definitely one of the best I've eaten - the basil and Mozzarella, in particular, were deliciously fresh. If we ever find ourselves in Carcassonne again, we'll know where to eat (and will be sure to book ahead!) Merci!

Just returned to Ireland from a weekend in Carcassonne and had a meal here on our last night. Immediately we were greeted by staff and Rabah when entering who turned to say hello even when he was busy in the kitchen! They really make you feel welcome. Hands down, the nicest pizza me and fiancé had in our lives. The ingredients were of the highest quality, cooked to perfection. The staff were so helpful, lovely waitress was determined to get us a cab which she did when we asked and that was much appreciated! Merci beaucoup 🙏
An absolute must if you visit this city. Booking is highly recommended as they are very popular.

Most excellent pizzas, very tasty and made with many local ingredients. Wonderful wine list too. They do a menu in English too. Service was also great, recommended.

My best ever pizza! The quality and freshness of ingredients, the presentation, the perfection of cooking and the taste were exceptional. I have never experienced such an outstanding pizza anywhere including Italy. The Collioure anchovies were superb. My wife's comment on her Quatre Saisons pizza was "amazing". It was our first visit. It is now our "go to" restaurant for pizzas in Carcassonne.

Absolutely amazing pizza! Freshest ingredients, best dough and stunning presentation. This pizzeria is a must try! Me and my husband visited from London and it was the best pizza we have had around the world. Lovely staff too!
