Had the cassoulet menu €14.90. Absolutely lovely and a real bargain. I don't eat dessert and they were kind enough to substitute for a coffee. I would definitely recommend.

Ate a late lunch here on a quiet weekday. The wine was tasty and local and the food was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.
As a bonus, one of the city cats stopped by while we were finishing up our meal. The restaurant owners all share the responsibility of feeding the cats (who keep rodents away!) and that day, our restaurant was the chosen one.

Excellent food and wine, helpful and friendly staff in a pleasant milieu. We had the cassoulet which was excellent and it was a memorable first meal during our visit to France. To top it off, we were visited by a lovely and friendly neighborhood cat named Vadim. Highly, highly recommended.

Went here while visiting the old city. It's an absolute treasure. I have several allergies and the kitchen was able to accommodate me really well. Its located within the old city and very convenient to get to. Not too many tables though so get ready for a small wait to get your place. Very affordable for the quality and quantity. 100% recommend. (Camembert Royal was to die for)!

Surprise to find this well priced restaurant inside the walls of the old city. Delicious Caesar salads (with warm chick breast and tasty salad dressing), excellent fish for ma Fam, and very tasty grilled pork sausage with ratatouille. Pincher of tasty table wine rounded out one of the best meals in France so far.

Loved this place. Food and wine were great and the young lady who served us was one of the best we had in Europe. Also appreciated the fact that on a cold and rainy day in November, it was open and serving lunch in old town, Carcassonne.

The food was delicious and the staff, working very hard, were super polite!

Great value for money for all the family at lunch time! We had the 15 euro cassolet menu and 18 euro set menu where you can choose any main from their list of 15, I had the veggie burger which was delicious. The kids had sausage and chips which they liked. Desserts nice too. Lovely large space for dining in ther garden and great, attentive service.

We browsed the menus around the old town and decided on this place. Wanting a bowl of pasta, we went for the penne in tomato sauce and were not disappointed. Amazing food, lovely setting in the garden and a friendly host. The cats are adorable too! Thank you!

We arrived late in the evening, were welcomed here with a beautiful garden setting. Allowed us to slowly enjoy our meal course by course, cassoulet was gorgeous and beans melt in your mouth like butter. The foie gras and cheese platter were lovely, enjoyed by all including the children. The kids loved their hamburgers (had both chicken and beef) they were special with fresh buns, local cheese and homemade sauce. Every bite devoured.

Just had a lovely meal here. Excellent value for money-€18 for three courses! Great service and fabulous setting. We'll be back!

Nice place but is expensive. Food looks lovely. Was only going to have a drink but too expensive like 11 euro for a large beer. Eek

Good cassoulet. Fair price menu. Close to main cite main entrance. Convenient.

My first ever Cassoulet and I have to say it was incredible!! The entire meal was and good value for money as well.

Owner will sell you a bottle of very good Merlot even when the bar has closed. Two thumbs up.

Great service and food is good. Meat is very tender. Deserts are marvelous and glass of red wine was also great. Well worth the visit. A gem inbetween tourist traps . Thanks
