La Nouvelle Terrasse

We are so happy with the services and the food offering here. The waitress speak so many different languages and so lovely to bring our dog water bowl right away as they seated us in a table where more comfortable for our dog. We had mussels pot cream sauce whelks and oysters. 💯 amazing experience. Really nice wine selection as well.

A very welcome stop after visiting the Abbey, the cafe is perched on the top of the rock with a view of the stretch of water. We had fish soup and seafood pasta, both were served quickly and tasted great. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Service was friendly, we had good lunch!

It was an incredibly busy day in town but they seated us as quickly as possible and the service was very fast. We were impressed! Of course the food was delicious too. We had crepes, galettes and also the famous omelette Poulard. Definitely a good place to stop for a meal with a great view!

We had a family dinner on the second floor with a magnificent view. Food was delicious and didn’t have to wait for too long. We would give an additional 10 stars to Hamdi who gave a great lecture in perfect English about the area, history and cuisine while serving our table. He is passionate about his work and is a very kind person. Our kids loved his stories. We will certainly remember the place because of this person and the experience he created for us.

Best service in mont st Michel! They find a way to sit you fast, they’re friendly in comparison to other places around. We came twice they remembered us I would keep coming over and over if I lived around :)

This restaurant is in a tourist location so the prices are elevated, however our food was very good. We had omelettes and salad. Then for dessert we had Tarte Normande. Our food was fresh and the service was excellent.

The food was amazing. Service was amazing. We sat a 11:30 before the crowd. We were served super quickly.
The Manager of the place was a lovely person as well!

It’s beautiful view and in a perfect location!! The service is good and the crews and ice cream is delightful. My only complain is that don’t order lemonade I got a sprite instead.

I had a lovely time there. It was pouring with rain, but it was amazing. Tasty food and we were served fast. Awesome pancakes and omelets. Our waiter Hmdi was very funny, friendly and recommended us the food that we liked.

Lovely meal here today, very helpful having an english speaking host, steak (entrecôte) and frites a highlight as well as the cappucino. Super efficient staff, unlike some other establishments they have the numbers to cater for a packed restaurant. Really surprised to find such good food on Mont St. Michel, a great find.

Excellent service. Pasta was lovely. Shared a salted caramel crepe. So good. Great view. Stayed open longer than other restaurants in the area on the public holiday. Very friendly service.

It’s crazily busy in the area and it’s hard to find a place with a view 😁. (Next door we were completely ignored for 10mins after being told to sit down)
After we sat down in this place and tried to practice our limited French (tourist should all try) then the staff were AMAZING. Their English is pretty fluent. MUST TRY: Onion Soup and Caramel Crepe - both home made. Mussels, Normandy Pie and Sugar Crepe were yummy. Everything else was fine - Galette, salad (don’t know what people were complaining about). Prices were fair - I expected a lot worse for the location.

This place is under wonderful new management! Came here with family after a tour. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They were accommodating to some of our diet restrictions.
The views here are wonderful as well. I wouldn’t doubt that this is the best option on the island for eating.
