VILLA MONS - maison d'hôtes - BnB

A little late as I stayed there last October. I was just looking through my holiday pics and was reminded of this wonderful b&b we stayed in on our brief trip to the area.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and the hosts. My only regret is that our stay was such a rushed visit as we were using the train from Paris and then on to Le Mans that only has a once a day train.

As soon as we booked, the host was helpfully assuring us with our travel plans, gave me the direct contact number of a local taxi driver so I was able to communicate with him to take us to Monte St Michel and back the evening we arrived and then again early in the morning. He was a wonderful man and made us feel very welcome.

The room was so lovely! Unfortunately we had full suitcases with us so had to take them up the beautiful winding stairs but the host offered to help and put us in an upgraded room no charge.

The breakfast in the morning was the best breakfast that we’ve EVER had. We were unfortunately in a hurry again and weren’t able to fully enjoy the meal and the efforts our hosts put into it, but it was such a wonderful array of fresh fruits, pastry’s, baguette, some sort of cheesecake? It was so next level and unexpected.

I’m not sure when I will make it back to France from Canada but when I do, I look forward to staying there again.

We only stayed for one night but were welcomed with open arms and very clean and spot on rooms with a beautiful view of the church. In the morning we received a fresh and well served breakfast. Over all a very good experience from this B&B and will return to them with pleasure for my next voyage!

Lovely hosts and very nice neighborhood! Some restaurants around a very good connection to Mont Saint Michel by bus! Breakfast was awesome!

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Mons. The rooms were very well appointed, spacious, and clean. I felt very cozy and comfortable in the room. While the facilities were great, the absolutely best part was the friendliness of the owners! I felt so well taken care of and invited that I can hardly describe it. They truly went above and beyond in making me feel welcome. When I missed a bus to Mont St. Michel, Damian took the time out of his day to drive me to the visitor center because there were no taxis on Sunday evening. I never expected this type of help and am so extremely appreciative of it. It truly made my time in Normandy an altogether extraordinary experience.

Breakfast was also an amazing affair with homemade French toast and Japanese Cheesecake. I honestly wish I spent more time here.

Absolutely delightful! Definitely recommend you stay here, you will be happy you did. The room was perfect, very clean and cozy (also, very comfortable bed, tea, and beautiful fresh flowers). The bathroom was also very clean with nice towels and plush robes. The breakfast in the morning was so fantastic (to include homemade Japanese cheesecake), A++! Cannot say how pleased we were with staying here. Amazing hospitality. Thank you! :)

We had a lovely night at Villa Mons, the hosts are exceptionally friendly and happy to help. We had a comfortable night in our beautifully decorated room and were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning. Great location close to the train station and an easy bike ride to Mont Saint Michel.

Great place for staying while visiting Mont Saint Michel and other attractions around. Comfy bed, tasty breakfast, large room, all amenities including fridge and bathroom robe. Parking space in front.

The most enjoyable experience one could have. They managed to improve what was already perfect . Stayed here 6 years ago, came back now and was surprised with the level of attention to detail. Breakfast was second to none. Hospitality at its best.

This place was a treasure among our entire France trip, we had a road trip Paris - Bordeaux for over 2weeks. It was our anniversary when we visited this place, it was cozy, quiet, romantic and more over the break fast was very personal just for our couple in a beautiful room. Our room was decorated with hand picked beautiful flowers, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Plus on wednesday morning there was a farmer's market right in front of Villa Mons, and it was quite an experience! Delicious organic fruit and yogurt that you woudn't be able to taste in any retail stores. I would definately visit Villa Mons again with my children!!!

Wonderful experience at Villa Mons. The hosts are genuinely friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very spacy and super clean. Large and fully equipped bathrooms. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable as well.
The breaffast is meticulously prepared and can be served in the beautiful backyard.

Stayed here for 1 night in may. Me and my girlfriend were more than satisfied to say the least. The owner is as nice as it can be and there was litterally nothing bad to say about anything. It was perfect! The breakfast was amazing, the room is nicely decorated and spatious.
If I plan to go in the area again I'll definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone.

Wow. What an amazing place and lovely hosts. We stayed at many places during our cycle trip and this was a real treat. Tomoko & Damien couldn't be more welcoming.

Un B&B veramente delizioso. Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla, che ha un (vero) letto singolo e uno matrimoniale. Il bagno ha accappatoi ed è fornito di ogni cosa. La stanza ha un bollitore e tisane e caffè e da bere in frigorifero. Ben arredato è comodissimo per raggiungere Mont Saint Michel. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime. La colazione aveva frutta, dolci, possibilità di uova o salumi, era abbondantissima e ottima. Se si viene qui, vale la pena soggiornare qui.

ottima esperienza posizione favorevole an hebper chi non ha l'automobile in quanto ha la stazione dei treni vicina e anche la fermata autobus che porta a mont san Michelle. siamo stati trattati benissimo con molta cura . colazione ottima anche con dolci fatto in casa.

Les petites attentions font toute la simplicité et la sympathie des hôtes..

Una estancia espectacular, atención maravillosa. Todo muy limpio y organizado, cuidan todos los detalles y colaboradores con la información para desplazamientos. El desayuno genial, una verdadero gusto y recomendable 100%. Hasta pronto Tomoko y Damian. Y gracias 🙂

Posto meraviglioso, curato, pulito in ottima posizione. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. I proprietari sono gentili e premurosi. Consigliatissimo

Tomoko e Damien sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Colazione locale SUPER abbondante e deliziosa con marmellatine diverse , croissant, pain au chocolat, frutta, baguette, un dolce giapponese fatto in casa da Tomoko stessa ecc ecc.Posizione centrale a Pontorson. Per non parlare della camera , grande, pulita con tutto quello che serve al suo interno : acqua , the , caffè , cioccolatini. Tutto compreso nel prezzo. Accappatoi, 3 asciugamani, phon , saponi. Uno dei migliori bed and breakfast in cui abbiamo alloggiato !!!

Hemos pasado cuatro días fantásticos en casa de Tomoko y Damien. La casa está muy bien situada. Es tranquila y súper limpia. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Con todos los detalles en la habitación: nevera, hervidor de agua, dulces, cafés e infusiones. Incluso flores frescas todos los días en la habitación. El baño amplio y cómodo. Productos de higiene y hasta albornoces. El desayuno fantástico con productos caseros, fruta fresca, huevos y bacon, cruasanes y tostadas, zumo natural, mermeladas… Tomoko prepara dulces y tartas a diario. Tienen un jardín precioso en el que también se puede desayunar. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido la atención y los detalles que han tenido con nosotros. Tomoko es una mujer fantástica, cariñosa y detallista. Siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Nos ha dado indicaciones de los mejores sitios donde ir y donde comprar regalos para llevar a casa. Y sobre todo nos ha tratado como si fuéramos de su familia. Muchas gracias por todo.
