What a great team at Cle Rouge in Duras! We found the house of our dreams this time last year - almost to the day - introduced to it by the charming Toane Bondon and charismatic Jerry Green. The transaction was simple and Cle Rouge did all the necessary for us with the Notaire. The after sales service was exemplary provided by Laure. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped us talk to the electricity and water companies, offered help to register our visas, and even printed documents for us for completely unrelated transactions in the month before we could get internet into the house.
Toane's communication through the whole procedure made life simple. He helped to get insurance and bank contacts. And his local knowledge was invaluable. (And no, I'm not on the payroll).

We're an American family who had been living in France about 18 months when we bought our house which was listed with Caroline and her team. Everyone in the office is bilingual, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Laure the administrative person in the office even helped us set up our utilities on the phone the day we closed!

They kept us informed throughout the process, letting us know what to expect and answering our (many) questions.

It made the whole experience of buying in a foreign country feel much easier than we expected and we'll be forever grateful!

Bonjour Clé Rouge Immobilier, Bonjour Toane. Toujours de bon souvenirs de nos rencontres et surtout des biens que vous nous avez proposé. Vous avez parfaitement compris nos attentes, nos priorités et nos limites financières. Toutes vos offres ont été pertinentes. Je me souviens en particulier de ce vendredi pluvieux du 9 juin où vous nous avez invité à visiter 3 biens. Une fois de plus, une gradation subtile dans la mise en lumière de ce qui nous intéresserait, pour arriver en fin de journée à cette splendide maison du Lot et Garonne qui réunissait 90% des cases que nous avions définies et qui nous a fait l'effet Wouaouh. Ce coup de coeur finalement bien réfléchi a été confirmé le lendemain avec une nouvelle visite sous le soleil et à la suite notre promesse d'achat. Nous sommes installée depuis mi septembre et nous nous réjouissons tous les jours de vivre de plein pied dans cette nouvelle demeure avec une immense cuisine, une belle piscine et.... des voisins adorables.
