Tour Gabriel

Built in the 16th century by order of Gabriel du Puy, the Gabriel tower defended the west side of the Mount. Inside, protected by thick walls, the cannons, arranged on three floors, could fire in all directions through flared loopholes to the outside. This great bastion could have withstood a siege by itself.

Majestic tower on the southwest corner of Mont St. Michel!! Beautiful masonry on the tower capped with a conical spire. Awesome views of the ocean. Off the beaten path a bit so less crowded. Must see!!

Impresionante Mont Sant Michel. Ver marea alta antes para ver cuando se produce por las fotos. Excepcional!!

Budowana w XVI wieku na polecenie Gabriela du Puy, wieża Gabriel broniła zachodniej strony góry. Wewnątrz, chronione grubymi ścianami, ustawione na trzech kondygnacjach armaty mogły strzelać we wszystkich kierunkach przez strzeliste luki strzelnicze na zewnątrz. Ten wielki bastion mógłby sam znieść oblężenie. Teraz pełni funkcję latarni morskiej.

Un superbe post en bas de l'abbaye, vous serez à l'ombre sous les arbres, vous avez un vue imprenable sur la baie, et plus bas vous avez les quais d'embarquement des bateaux sur le fleuve Le Couesnon pour vous y reposer à marée basse.

Une tour plutôt calme, car en marge du chemin touristique classique.

du Mont Saint Michel 😉

Qui è tutto straordinario. Ogni torre, ogni punto delle mura offre una vista indimenticabile.

餐點好吃、服務很好，是1888年就開始營業的老餐廳。雖然沒有住宿但是很滿意餐點！

騎士學院的取景地點，只能說我也好想去巡禮，體驗亞戈的所見所聞🥹

Doresc foarte mult sa visitez acest obiectic turistic,studiindui istoricul am ramas impressionat si cred ça este unicat pe glob!Acum doi ani am vizitat Parisul ,respectiv 15 objective turistice inclusiv Wersailee cu bogatiile istorice ale acestuia -aducind numai cuvine de lauda Frantei si oamenilor cu responsabilitati in acest sens!

Construida en el ala oeste por Gabriel du Puy, merece mucho la pena.
