I was so surprised to visit this place — amazing food, atmosphere and service.
One of the best tartare in my life. Vine list is satisfying and overall food experience and taste are outstanding.
Saint Jacques are more than great — big, tasty and delicious.
Meat sauce is very interesting.
I will definitely visit this place again.

This place was recommended by the host when we stayed at the chateau de chantore and it did not disappoint. The place was beautifully decorated with a very cozy feel. Service was good and fast. Most importantly the food was delicious.

We were staying in a campsite just a short walk away and wanted to take our 3 teenagers out for a proper french meal on the last day of our stay. I can barely say two words of French, but we were made to feel incredibly welcome. There was a young man in working who spoke fabulous English, which made my life significantly easier.
The menu is a la carte, with about 5 or 6 choices of starter / main / dessert, and everything we ate that evening tasted fantastic. It also looked like artistry on the plate.
Because the restaurant also moonlights as a furniture shop, it was an incredibly interesting dining room.
Our food came to just over 300 Euros, which I considered very reasonable and included 5 three course meals, a bottle of wine, 4 coffees, and 7 soft drinks. The service was quick but not rushed and very pleasant in spite of the language barrier.
All in all, it was a meal that I and my family will reflect back on for many years to come.

Pleasant surprise! We’ve enjoyed the food very much, and found the Asian inserts to an otherwise french cuisine very fitting.

The decoration of the interior and garden made the experience even more memorable, not to mention that one can see Mont-Saint-Michel from the parking around the corner!!!

The food is incredible! Very nice local-owned restaurant which makes some of the best food that we’ve had in France. We went for New Years Eve, which had a prefixed menu. The prefixed menu included so much food and alcohol that we couldn’t finish it all (neither the alcohol nor the food). Everything tasted amazing! The owner kept coming around to say hi and making sure everything was perfect. I highly, highly recommend this place. It’s a small drive away from Mont Saint Michel, but it’s 100% worth the drive!!

Highly recommend! We arrived in town late Sunday night, almost at their closing time, but they welcomed us in. Jule was delightful and
made custom drinks for group. The scallops were particularly great, along with the desserts. This was an unexpected highlight of the trip, that we are still talking about days later. Thanks Jule!!

Amazing place! Best dinner we had on our whole trip in France! The garden is soo beautiful and perfectly laid out in a way that you don’t feel like you alone in the restaurant, but yet feel private with your company. The food was delicious, great taste combinations and obviously a chef that knows what he is doing. The staff was super friendly, here and there a well places joke and very helpful! Recommend to everyone!

The best place in Normandie!

What a great restaurant! We had amazing cocquilles St Jacques and possibly the best dessert I've ever tasted (caramel delice with chocolate moelleux, speculos, salted butter and so on...).
We didn't have a reservation but the owner promised to try to seat us one hour later (which was late in the evening) and he did, all with a smile. Great hospitality and amazing food!

This is a truly wonderful restaurant. The ambiance both inside and out is amazing. The food is lovely and the staff are very kind. I would really recommend for a special occasion. Cant wait to return.
