A small restaurant with beautiful mixed from Normandie & Cataluña.
From the "amuse bouche" to the dessert everything was perfect. The wine was amazingly combined with the dishes.
The "amuse bouche" was succulent, followed by the main course, either meat or fish, which was tasty. Deliciously cooked with seasonal vegetables. AMAZING.
You will want to finish with the dessert which will knock you out and let you wonder why do you cook when you have this marvelous place in the world.

I stayed in La Haye for a week, and this restaurant has been my daily cup of joy at every dinner. The kitchen is incredible, with super fresh and very very tasty local products. The dishes are a joy for the palate and for the eyes. You can experience the talent and inventiveness of the chef not only in the main entrées and dishes on the menu (and in the desserts!!), but also by tasting the delicious small entrées that are offered every day with new ideas to explore. The food has captured me day by day: earthy, tasty, creative, there were really moments with explosions of tastes in my mouth and intriguing combinations. But the project is clearly a team work, and could not work as well as it does without the incredible service, food and wine recommendations, and friendly chats of Fanny. Thank you again, Théo and Fanny, for making me explore your creations and for making me feel at home in your beautiful restaurant, hope I can pass by and say hi soon!

Extraordinary place!

Intimate (25 covers I think) restaurant with chalk-board menu of what they are offering each day. The food is fresh and magnificent. I had a pasta dish piled high with clams, mussels and octopus. There is also a suprise menu, which yesterday had swordfish as the main.

The two bright (and industrious!) young things who run Norcat make it relaxed, friendly, fun and memorable.

What a fabulous little restaurant, blending influences from Normandy and Catalonia. Great front of house and a top chef. Highly recommended. This place gets better and better Théo is a fab chef and his partner Fanny lights up the establishment, if you are visiting the area its a must.

Have eaten here a number of times. It just gets better and better! The food, oh the food! It is very well prepared, delicious and beautifully cooked. You can taste the passion that goes into it and very imaginative combinations from Theo the chef. All topped with a delightful front of house service from Fanny. The whole experience is a delight!

We had a wonderful meal last night which was a lovely end to our holiday. We all had the menu surprise, 3 opting for fish and 2 for meat). It was all delicious - a seriously talented chef. We will definitely return next time we visit.

Every now and then you find a restaurant that really stands out from the crowd. Run by a young couple (from Perpignan resp. Cherbourg) they prepare dishes with a wonderful mix of Spain and France. Prepared with enthusiasm and genius, it is a must visit when in la Manche. Not forgetting to mention the delicious wines they serve from Couliore, making your wine and dinner experience unforgettable!

Wonderful restaurant focusing on very local, fresh food. 5 star service, and exceptional dishes. Highly recommend this gem in La Haye du Puits. Would definitely travel to the town for a meal there.

Théo et Fanny brings to La Haye Du Puits a mix of South and North of France (just like them).
Le Petit Nor'Cat is exactly what the french Gastronomie has stood for centuries... exceptional welcome, great service, uses of local producers, paragon of technique, presentation, and most importantly incredible taste.
The most interesting fact is that all those points combined are not necessarily going to break your bank account, as once more, here too, Théo & Fanny tries to make their experience accessible to everyone by proposing a beautiful and affordable lunch set & A La Carte, as well as an exceptional Tasting Menu during dinner.

A must give a try !!

Mir ist es ein persönliches Anliegen, die Rezension unbedingt nachzuholen und DANKE zu sagen!

Schon vor unserem Urlaub ist uns dieses Restaurant aufgefallen und es war ein MUSS für uns es auszuprobieren.

Es sooooo lecker, dass wir mehrmals die äußerst vorzüglichen Speisen und Service genossen haben.

Beim ersten Mal sind wir völlig naiv ohne Reservierung dort gewesen. Lobenswert, die Inhaberin hat alles möglich gemacht und uns inklusive Hund einen Tisch draußen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben das Tages Menü gegessen und waren im Genuss-Himmel. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Hundekekse, welche parallel zum Hauptgang serviert wurden.
Hier ist der Kunde = König. Vielen Dank!

Beim zweiten Mal waren wir schlauer und haben vorab reserviert. Auch dieses Mal war das Tages Menü so verlockend und hervorragend lecker.

Dieses kleine Restaurant mit viel Liebe zur Raffinesse, frischen Zutaten, perfekt abgestimmten Geschmackskomponenten und einem leidenschaftlich freundlichen Service werden wir niemals vergessen.

Accueil très chaleureux dans ce petit restaurant joliment décoré. Cuisine originale copieusement servie permettant de découvrir des saveurs nouvelles. Excellents vins. Bref, que du plaisir! A ne pas manquer.

Excellente découverte en famille, quel plaisir de manger chez des passionnés. Les plats sont délicieux, colorés, copieux avec de belles assiettes. Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel. Une adresse à découvrir au plus vite !

Der Empfang und die Bedienung waren sehr herzlich und super nett!
Wir kamen auch mit englisch klar.
Unbedingt reservieren, am besten anrufen, das reservieren über die Internetseite hat nicht funktioniert.
Das Essen war super lecker, die Portionen sind groß und die Preise absolut angemessen.
Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hingehen.
