I bought 5 full sized plasterboards which I thought were very reasonably priced. I was helped to put them in a trolley by one of the staff. Having paid I asked for help to put them in my car. I expected one member of staff, but instead, two assistants came out and put them in for me. That to me is very good customer service. Thank you.
