Very impressed with the selection of products here. There is homeware and kitchen stuff. Lot's of space to move around and the shelves were fully stocked. There are toilets for customers.

You are very lucky, if this YOURS local Waitrose. May be, it is one of the Best Waitrose in UK. Very comfortable location. Just on the road. Big free parking, even for bikes. There are a lot of other shops in the same building. You can even eat here in the local Subway. If You are a tourist, local Cotswold will fit all Your needs.

Excellent quality of fresh produce … and they pay their suppliers a fair price. I’m a pensioner on a limited budget but it’s still important to me that food producers are paid a fair price for their work.
It’s such a nice experience to shop at any Waitrose - clean and tidy and enough space to move.
Best of all - the staff ! So pleasant and helpful. The cream of the crop.

A good shop, lots of choice, wide aisles and clean. Lots of parking, a security guard may follow you around the alcohol section sometimes

I always love the Waitrose experience. Exceptional staff, and fabulously fresh produce. I was slightly dismayed to see a Waitrose Partner dressed in a onesie as although comfort is crucial in our downtime, I feel that it is inappropriate and certainly not in line with Waitrose's high standards.

Please can you thank the lady on the customer service desk morning May 1st. My mother had died a few hours earlier and she was so kind to me when I lost the plot trying to shop at speed before the family arrived

This evening I had question and a lady I spoke was unsure about the answer but asked me kindly to go to the service / welcome desk. I pressed the button and and less than one minute wait Sam came and firstly apologised for the wait. Which I found very positive. I was not in rush and didn’t mind the short wait. Sam was able to help we with my request and also kindly offered to do the checkout and scan the additional products for me and take payment. Thank you Sam for the extra positive shopping experience.

Great selection of premium goods. Comfortable shopping experience. Excellent alternative after Tesco Extra shuts down the butcher and fish monger.

We regularly shop here - the choice, quality and service is excellent.

However yesterday I could not collect my order because the car broke down. Phoned Waitrose and they offered to hold it, have it collected by a friend with the order number or full refund. I chose the full refund and it was done quickly and with no fuss. Very happy.

What a lovely store. Late in the day the staff were still pleasant and smiling. The car park bays are the correct size for modern cars. It's the little things that make a difference.

Very lovely and warm, welcoming staff. Especially these two young lads who were very helpful to me. I think their names were Marcus Adams and Matt Copland. Will definitely shop here again because of them !

Good parking. Clean cafe and cafe staff wearing masks and gloves. Tills not busy. Fair price products - stock that something a little bit different!

Love shopping at the Bagshot Waitrose. Ample parking, easy to locate and lots of choice of food alongside other essentials. I am particularly pleased they stagger the number of customers instore at any one time. Wait time is only a few minutes even on a busy day.

Very friendly staff. Always nice and clean everywhere compared to other supermarkets. Coffee machine area is always up to date with no mess around the machine area. Love coming to Bagshot for my shopping. Wide car park space.

Great selection of foods and homeware, very helpful customer oriented staff who don't throw your goods at you whilst paying on the check out counter. Sadly common occurance at lesser supermarkets.

Great vegan and veggie choices here. Always love a good old Waitrose but this store is really big with extra choices. Staff are very friendly. Free parking always a plus.

This is quite a large store so has a good selection of stock. However, it is still small enough to easily navigate. Friendly staff & ample free parking right outside. There is a cafe & public restrooms on site too.

I had a seizure at the checkout and the staff could not have been any better. They packed my shopping while someone sat with me during and after my seizure they also offered to put my shopping in my car. Brilliant help! Would be 6 stars of I could.
