Pets at Home Bagshot

We visited the Pets at home in Bagshot and found the staff really helpful and approachable, especially Paula, she was great! The type of person you want to come across in a pet shop! Really helpful and recommend us to get the VIP card which has some amazing benefits! thanks Paula! 10/10

The groom room. My German shepherd had the best treatment. He was comfortable and felt special during his visit. Amazing job from the lovely lady. We will be back and il be telling all my friends to take there dogs there.

We had a brilliant time in Pets at Home with our 10 week old border collie puppy Willow. The staff were amazing & so helpful. I had to carry my puppy because she only just had her jabs. But I also had my 3 year old son. Everything was perfect. I am amazed how helpful they were. Gave me really good advice and help. Even things I didn't know about being a first time dog owner.

Since June I’ve visited this store frequently. As a new puppy owner I needed lots of help and advice. Every time Charlotte has been brilliant and patient; other staff very helpful too. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. Good discounts on their VIP app and many offers in the shop.

A good range of products, especially kitten food as I've found it difficult to buy in supermarkets. Ours were a little fussy, nice to have a variety of brands & types to keep them entertained at feed times.

Big free carpark, and next to Waitrose, which is an added bonus!

Very helpful for my pet needs. Vouchers iffered for me have not been useful and they do not stock the boxed version of Bakers tender chunks for small dogs. But then not all shops can stock everything. This is why i still rate them high.

I often collect an online order and it's quick and easy.

Long opening hours are very helpful and plenty of free parking.

We bought about 6 weeks ago our lovely piggy’s boys from the store in Bagshot. The lady she helped us was excellent, helpful and super friendly😉🙏🏻👍🏻💐❤. She gave us a tour and made sure we take everything with us the boys needed. It was great support. Finally Badger - Badgy😉 and Ginger - Gingy😉 found their home for ever. We love our baby boys and enjoy their amazing company, theirs characters every single day. Thank you very much! You do excellent job.

Recently we needed some advice and recommendations for our two teeny tiny chihuahua pups. Having not had puppies in over 10 years, having to adjust again was sometimes worrying for us because we were always questioning are we doing it right again this time round?
Myself and my other half headed into store with our babies in tow needing some little harnesses for them.
We approached Rachel on recommendation from the vets upstairs and my gosh aren’t we glad we did. Rachel was absolutely excellent.
Rachel gathered around 10 different harnesses from rabbit to puppy ones in order to ensure a perfect comfortable fit for our little pups.
Nothing was too much trouble and our pups were so at ease when trying them on.
We found the perfect fit and was not rushed or made to feel silly. We felt like new parents again before we spoke with Rachel but after we left confident and reassured.

Rachel is an asset to this team in Bagshot, thank you!!
The other members of staff are wonderful also, always ready to help and are super genuinely friendly!!
In particular a lovely young lady who’s name we didn’t catch but my other half caught her on her way to lunch we realised afterwards, but even though she was on lunch break the lovely lady went out of her way for us to find a certain type of chew toy.( this was on a different occasion)

Very helpful staff when looking around and taking pets through to enjoy shopping for themselves. Vet access and grooming is a great addition when needed and open through the weekend as well. It's where we go whenever we need something for our pet.

This is an excellent shop with everything you need for your pets, and it even has some pets such as rabbits and fish. It has food for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, birds, and wildlife, it holds brans and their own products.
The prices are reasonable and for everyone's choice or affordability. It has toys for baby animals such as cats and dogs. They have a VIP card that I am not sure about the benefits, yes but you get their magazine for free, which contains advise, recipes, and adverts for animal products/food, etc. Do they do good offers like 2 for £? so you save 2 or 3 pounds.

The selection of dog food is excellent, dry, wet, raw, etc. They are of course animal-friendly so you can take your dog, and I am sure if you take your tarantula they allow you, as long as if you keep in the box :).
The store is big, it offers grooming and plenty of places to park. They have the basket for weels for your shopping, the normal basket, and the trolley but you need a coin for this last one.
Definitely recommend it as long as if you bring your bag so we safe in plastic.

Always bring our cockapoo here for his groom every six weeks. The staff in both the groom room and the shop floor are always friendly and happy to help. Stock is always good which isn't the case in most let shops.

We visited the Bagshot store today to enquire about purchasing our first pet. Rachel was so good with my children talking about the bunnies and guinea pigs and giving them some great advice and tips of what to expect when taking one on as a pet. Rachel really took her time with them showing them how to handle the animals . We will definitely be visiting again.

Took my puppy there he peed on the floor, I was mortified but it was no bother to the team! Thank you for cleaning up my dogs pee! Great team!

Convenient location, can do a pet shop and grocery shop as there is a Waitrose in the same retail park!!
