I don't shop there I only use the gym. Though the shops looks good and have great food beverages and clothe items are fantastic. Is worth visiting on a good day. Next to the shopping theres a nice Nero coffee shop as well. The people are hospitable

I had been around Bexleyheath a couple of times but had never noticed the Shopping Centre entrance. Great selection of shops with some hidden gems I did not expect. Felt clean enough and easy to navigate

Very good. An excellent M&S, great food and a fantastic selection of men and women's clothing. The centre itself has a nice clean layout with plenty of shops with a few market type stalls along its route. There's also a nice cafe area in the middle, basically everything you'd need for a nice day's shopping.

I think this is one of the best high streets I have ever been it has everything you could truely want, indoor mall and outside shops running about a mile down. Multiple places to eat if that’s your thing and nearly every supermarket you can imagine. Tk maxx, McDonald’s, Nando’s, cinema, bowling the liste goes on such a gem and always something going on. Street stall traders also from clothes to food to plants to fruit and vegetables such a great place to go shopping truely is.

My wife and I have regularly used and relied upon Broadway Shopping Centre Mall many countless times in the past. Mostly for all varied items of retailing, various commodities, gifts, banking, restaurants, etc. My personal favourite shops in the Mall and adjacent Broadway are W.H.Smiths, The Works, O2 phonehouse. Other regularly used retail outlets we visit are Morleys, Boots, Card Factory,Clinton's, The Fragrance shop ( other cosmetic shops occasionally) in and outside the Mall Shopping Centre The Mall has an in - built multistorey car park ( toilets, lifts, stairways, access and facilities for the disabled inclusive that lead into the Mall ground floor below). Convenient for Townley Road Library too! Most commutes are equally made here either by private or public transport ( bus B13 or 132). A very convenient clean, bright, useful, and safe shopping centre with warm sheltered spacious walkways with seating. It may not have every retail outlet compared with Bluewater at Greenhithe or Lakeside, Thurrock; but we find has enough here for our needs from local close proximity. The Christmas lights, outdoor market stalls, buskers ( on occasions) in the Broadway by Bexleyheath's historic Clock Tower ( a local landmark) all add to the festive atmosphere. Very busy and vibrant here too at various times of the day, week, and year, and fair to say a popular and regularly visited place whether shopping or using the entertainment - hospitality facilities, all within easy reach. Very strategically placed as a good bus changeover point at Bexleyheath Clock Tower ( immediately outside the shopping centre) for interchanges elsewhere in Bexley Borough, neighbouring North - West Kent and the Inner/ Outer London borough areas.

Santa's grotto , online tickets are sold out so even if you can not book your still able to walk in which a separate queue to those who have booked , £6 per child , we waited no longer than 10 minutes the queue was very small , kids enjoyed their experience which is the main thing ,nice decorations for selfies with the kids while you wait , friendly staff keeping the kids entertained while you wait, not bad at all .

Great stores, great facilities (toilets), hard working security guards and the car parks are okay, would prefer to go to the car park near Sainsbury's.

Great little shopping centre to complement the town's high street.

Served by over 20 bus routes with the borough's main bus hub out front, plus ample parking.

A diverse range of national and local retailers offering comparison, specialist and convenience goods as well as services, including clothing, jewelry, groceries, home furnishings, toys, chemist, optometrists, beauty supplies and treatments, services like banking and post and travel agents, entertainment, collectors items, and a handful of cafes, eateries and fast food. Very low vacancy rate. Basically it serves a sub-regional purpose and it does that well.

Not the most comfortable or inviting of atmospheres it y but it is clean (with the exception sometimes of the toilets) and well-managed including security.

The shopping centre puts on lots of seasonal family-friendly events and activities both inside and outside the mall, like a Santa's grotto at Christmas and egg hunt at Easter, and little kids carnival type rides most weekends in the summer.
