Marks and Spencer

Myself and Mr C are always in this store. I've bought quite a few things recently online, as there's more choice in sizing, colours and lengths etc - the returns via the machine are so easy as is the click and collect. Today we had a splendid experience with a very helpful menswear assistant who showed us how to obtain two discounts via the Sparks app.

My only complaint about the store is that the changing rooms need refurbishing and deep cleaning.

Always love going to M&S, went for some ladies trousers and to see if the dine in for £12 was on and it was. Not as good as it has been in the past. Everyone we came across today were very pleasant and helpful.

I don't normally shop in m and s but since the cornavirus I have. I've got to say the staff have been amazing. The queuing system is well organized. Well stocked with everything you need. I know their food is a little more expensive I'd rather pay more then stand in a queue for ages. Well done to all the amazing smiling staff at bexleyheath

Normally find what I require. Has a large Food Hall with large variety of food. Clothing supplied for all ages. Store is always found to be very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Staff are very friendly and helpful in here and only the best food here yes slightly over priced but it's better quality than most and fresh. I would like to thank one man who helped me with the self service in here he was very friendly and I didn't feel like a problem asking for help so brilliant customer service. Thank you!

Simply sublime reduced sandwich for lunch and I was amused at the flurry of people queuing for the reductions at the bakery. Like moths to a flame it made it difficult to exit the shop, but it prices no one can resist a cheap bun!

Had a jacket potato and latte in The coffee shop yesterday the 22nd and I was served by assisting called Karen very helpful food was very hot did not have to wait long after ordering from my phone to be brought to me when I asked for extra butter it was not a problem all in all very happy with my experience I would definitely there again

This is a shop in two halves - menswear and food hall and on the other side women's wear and children's wear. Ok for a quick trip and some good Christmas bargains to be had at the moment.

I enjoy eating and having a coffee in the M&S Cafe. Good choice of good, reasonable prices, very clean and the staff are always friendly and hardworking

All staff very helpful finding items which made life easier. Staff at the cashtill was very pleasent. All in all, a great experience. Well done M&S

Use this branch occasionally staff friendly enough prices par for the course usually use Eltham branch as it's nearer but Bexleyheath is more than ok.

Fabulous as usual picked up two Indian mains and two bombay aloo for a £10 which I'll get four dinners out of as I cook my own pilau 😋
