Costa Coffee

I love coming in here especially Friday and Saturday,always friendly and great service.
Only one criticism they keep putting the prices up.I used to come in everyday but unfortunately down to twice a week now.
5 star for service but not for price.

Nice atmosphere. Staff lovely and very helpful.

Fairly quiet so ordered service was great. Had the choice of seats and enjoyed my toasties and latte. Toilets were clean, single unit so mixed use. I walked in but plenty of parking but a 90 minutes time limit. Plenty really.

Great coffee. Excellent service. Good atmosphere. Appreciate lack of intruding music. Greater variety in foid would be a plus.

It's a Costa, Cost's lots of money however your always guaranteed good coffee.

This particular site has a a parking restriction of 90mins that isn't easy to see, I was stung for £60 for over staying.

Never seen this store before and caught my eye at the petrol station. Went in for a drink and some food and was served by a lovely young lady by the name of Rosie, as I'm not a giant coffee lover she helped me understand an expresso from a latte. Very funny and very helpful. New loyal customer

This place has been amazing during the lockdown and the girls have worked so hard. It's totally frustrating though when there are 2 blue badge parking spaces that more often than not are used by non-blue badge holders. Today we witnessed a man, whom we are lead to believe is the owner, come from behind the counter with his coffees and get into his car that was parked in one of the blue badge spaces and no he didn't have a blue badge on display! Also the uber drivers think these spaces are just for them to go in and collect their deliveries.... non of this behaviour is acceptable. But thank you to all of the girls for their dedication and hard work.

Staff are friendly and efficient, I was served by the manager Shelley who greeted with a nice smile and was very polite. The store was clean, tidy and welcoming. You can park right out side as the store is set back off the main road, definitely worth a visit.

Good, fast 4G reception on Vodafone. Perfect for working off of mobile data from laptop. Clean and friendly staff. Quiet on a Sunday. Not the most picturesque of views but the relaxed atmosphere inside makes up for it.

Lovely costa, staff are spot on. A true credit to the costa brand image. Always happy to see you and enthusiastic about the job. Excellent coffee too.

I love this Costa, mainly for the lovely staff. They are all lovely. So welcoming. And they make my coffee perfectly every time.

Coffees are always good, great customer service, fast service and is regularly cleaned.

Can’t go wrong with Costa, friendly service and always offer water for the dog after a long walk.

Genuinely one of the nicest Costas I've been in. Lovely and clean and on the few times I've visited all of your staff are very pleasant and welcoming.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff parking is shared with the gym next door and it is across from ebsfleet football stadium
