This place offers a brilliant service, I feel very lucky to have it so close by. Its saved me several long trips to a&e and the waits are generally reasonable. A true asset to the fens. They have an out of hours service as well so if you need urgent care 111 can sort an appointment even if they are closed.

I wish more people knew this place existed for minor injuries and illnesses.
I was seen and treated within 30 mins without an appointment.
I think less people would be suffering and stressing trying to get a GP appointment if it was utilised more but then I might have to wait longer 😅

We had to come in after hours, for the latest appointment slot for our baby daughter. Even though we run in a bit late because we were coming from a 30 min drive the doctor and staff was kind enough to wait for us. The doctor examinrd our daughter with compassion and gave a detailed advice on what to do next. We were very satisfied with the service we got. Kind hearted people 🙏❤

Can`t thank the staff at the minor injury's unit enough. Everyone very helpful and extremely pleasant to myself and my mom when we visited this afternoon. Mom was treated promptly and compassionately by expert staff who put her at ease whilst they drained an infected cyst on her back. Then prescribed antibiotics and ensured we had arranged a follow up appointment for re dressing of her wound at the GP practice.
Absolutely first-class service. Thank you .

My wife attended the out of hours GP as she was in need of some need of some help that couldn't wait till the morning. She called 111 and they arranged for her to see the GP there.

Although I never went in with her as it was only her allowed in (fair enough), she said how fantastic the doctor was, and on that same night managed to presribe her medication to be picked up from the March, Tesco pharmacy.

Absolutely fantastic service, considering she phoned up and within 2 hours saw a doctor and picked up her medication same night. You cannot get better service than this. Excellent!!!

Was referred to the Minor Injuries Unit here by 111. Not the closest hospital to me but was easy to find and was amazed to find that the parking was free! Very friendly, helpful staff and I was seen and treated quickly by 2 lovely nurses who had to cut a ring off my very swollen, painful thumb! Very impressed with the service, great experience.

It's an excellent location for a big upgrade hospital like Peterborough Hospital to take the pressure out of other places around Norfolk, Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. I have been there today for physiotherapy, attended by Ewlina.
Excellent in communication and experience doing the consultation very professionally done.

What a great little hospital. All the staff were very efficient, very polite & very helpful. We have lived nearby for over 5 years & didn't know this place existed. No problem parking & it was FREE.. From arriving to leaving just 1 hour & 15 mins including having x-rays taken & fingers strapped up. Keep up the good work!

Went in quite close to their closing time with a painful ankle injury. Was seen immediately by very competent and caring staff. Was given an x-ray and full follow up with invaluable advice for treatment and recovery. Nothing was too much effort and I felt properly looked after and cared for ! Well done to all the amazing staff there, you provide an excellent and essential service to the local community.

Had reason to visit this morning. Friendly and efficient staff. Busy but only a short wait compared to main A & E.
We have to make sure this facility continues!

Have no idea why people are reviewing this place badly. Got out on wrong side of the bed, perhaps! Had to visit Minor Injury Unit and all I can say is, five star service. Polite from reception thru to nurse and treatment. A credit to our WONDERFUL (but by some people, underappreciated) NHS. Staff were absolutely brilliant...no long waiting... professional staff. Dealt with the matter in hand speedily and effectively. A credit to the NHS. Thank you for your service to all of us, even the miserable ones.

A fantastic service. Partner dislocated his shoulder... In and out xray'd and home in under two hours. Friend had a suspected broke wrist, in and out xray'd in under an hour (and thankfully no break!). Slipped and injured my back, a very supportive team made me comfortable till I could see my doctor. They really care and it shows, hope this service is never cut, that would be a sad day indeed. Huge thank you from us

Seen within 10 minutes of waiting by a superb kind and caring nurse. Treatment and advice given. Nothing was too much trouble on this, a Sunday morning. Highly recommended nursing and care establishment. Well done and thank you
