Carl and his team did an excellent job removing 18 years of grime from our roof and leaving it as new. They arrived at the time agreed and required no input from us aside from directing them to our outside tap. They went to great lengths to cover up areas around the house (including our neighbours gardens) where the moss etc might fall. Then cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. As they didn't require access to the house we did not need to remain at home while the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

Karl and his team have recently cleaned my roof which was in an awful state. It looked as good as new on completion. Our roof was filthy due to years of trees overhanging and dropping onto it (now chopped down), additionally our render also needed cleaning prior to a re-paint. Karl quoted quickly and after accepting the quote, turned up as arranged. He’s very considerate and makes sure everything is tidy. Karl did a great job on our roof, replaced some broken tiles and the render looks new. He has all the proper cleaning equipment and we’re really pleased with the end result!

Karl and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, professional service putting in a long day’s work to get the job done and make sure everything was cleared up at the end. Karl and Lindsay did a great job cleaning our roof and block paving (ably assisted by Tony, who operated the cherry picker.) We had white lichen, black spot and so much moss that it had been falling down around the property on windy days. All gone now, as you can see in the picture. Cleaning a roof is HARD work - it took a full day up on the cherry picker (half the time suspended from it in a harness to reach across to the back of the house). The whole job took two full days including thorough clean up around the property. Definitely not an easy way to make a living! Highly recommended.

Karl responded the same day to our request for a quote to clean my mother's roof, block driveway and patio. She was very impressed with the result. Her bungalow and surrounds look new! Karl was very professional and more than met her expectations. He also sealed all the guttering, cleaned the ramp to her front door, washed the windows and offered to put back all the patio furniture. We would certainly recommend Karl without hesitation.

Had my whole house render cleaned. Karl was professional, on time and the results speak for themselves. Pro Clean Xtreme worked around any issues I had and the communication was first class! A mixed review here, we had our roof cleaned which was meant to include the gutter being cleaned.

The roof when finished looked lovely and they had made a great effort to make sure everywhere was tidied including checking the neighbours properties had no debris over the fence etc, so we paid straight away, the next day we noticed that one of the gutters we could see from upstairs had not been cleaned, so called and was told they were sorry and would sort a time to come back. After a couple of weeks we called again and was told sorry they would check their diary.

To be fair I think they under quoted for the job and did not allow enough time and were rushed at the end of the day.

Update after writing the review, I had a call the same day from Karl.
He had looked back and realised he had not got back to me.

Karl came round that afternoon and sorted what had been missed checked the other gutters again and tidied up afterward.

Maybe I should have chased more but I feel it’s only fair to change the review. As the job was done well.

Karl and his team did a fantastic job.
We had a full roof and gutter clean and application of biocide to inhibit growth of moss and lichen.
The team were very friendly and efficient.
The clean-up afterwards was very thorough.
All in all it was a very professional and value-for-money operation.

Karl was recommended to me by a friend and I can now also highly recommend him and his team. I had 12 years’ worth of moss and debris cleaned off the entire roof of the house and all the gutters cleared of leaves, muck and more moss! It was a long and really dirty job and in the end had to be completed over 2 days. The second day being a Sunday! This procedure did understandably cause an awful mess around the house, but the site was cleared up properly afterwards.
From start to finish, Karl and his team were all very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the results especially as I no longer have to deal with overflowing gutters whenever it rains! The absence of old clumps of moss (fallen onto my conservatory roof) whenever we now look up is also a big plus!

Pro Clean Xtreme have done an excellent job cleaning our house roof and gutters. Very professional. Ground sheets were used wherever possible to catch the bucket loads of moss and mess that had built up over the years.
A very thorough clean up operation afterwards. Karl made the effort to speak with our neighbours to let them know works we’re being carried out, and before he left site made sure no mess had entered their property and they were happy.

These guys came and cleaned my roof on a Sunday, nothing is too much trouble for them. They were very helpful and very accommodating and polite. No long waiting period either, from enquirin to getting the work done took just 4 days. They totally cleaned up after themselves, and I HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks for a great job. 👍
