Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff are very welcoming, the food was delicious even the set menus included in the overnight stay top quality (& I’ve never seen so much choice at breakfast) drinks including cocktails were really nice and the rooms and spa was lovely! I highly rate this place and will definitely be returning! The grounds are stunning. It was just what the doctor ordered and the cherry on the top was my two treatments by the lovely Jen and Sally- such nice ladies and very informative especially Sally with my facial, we came away feeling really pampered and rejuvenated. Thanks for a fab break!

Wow what a Fabulous Spa Break! We had the best time ever from start to finish! The Hotel was beautiful, Spa facilities were excellent and very relaxing! Food was of the best quality! Cant wait to go back.

Never in my life have I encountered such polite and kind staff, the service here is fit for royalty truly. The food was beautifully presented with lots of variety and served in the most exquisite ballroom, with grade II listed William Morris wallpaper to enjoy! The spa facilities were perfect, something for everyone and all completely relaxing. We had a treatment at our visit and they were so knowledgeable and thoughtful tailoring our treatments to our preferences and conditions (rosacea, and they have some fantastic advice!). I can't recommend Hoar cross hall enough, I will absolutely be going back!

It is a great spa hotel - the old hall and it's setting is spectacular and the star of the show. The food and drink on offer is also fantastic. The rooms are not perfect but pretty good! Great gym. Lovely pools and relaxation areas in the spa, and the massage was great. Would definitely return!

I had an incredible time at the spa everything was top quality, the rooms, the food, the service. The highlight of the trip was the massage I received. The masseuse, kerjol, was not only kind but exceptional at her job, it was the best massage I have ever received and I receive on average 8 a year. I cannot praise her or her skills enough.

I have really enjoyed it so far. I always look forward to going.

The grounds and hotel are very impressive to look at and make fire a nice walk.

The gym is clean and has all the equipment I need. Many classes to choose from including archery outdoors.

The spa is big and has plenty of facilities including stream rooms, saunas, pools and relaxation rooms to name a few. The fruit water is a nice addition. I appreciate that.

A special mention of appreciation to Kate and Hannah on the spa reception for always arranging anything and being helpful. They are a credit to Hoar Cross Hall.

A blissful couple of days spent in total relaxation! All the staff were so helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of little extras such as a glass of bubbles on arrival and luxurious toiletries available to use in the spa were much appreciated. Fabulous meals were enjoyed especially the plentiful and varied breakfast on offer. I particularly loved the omelette especially made to order which was superb.
Excellent spa facilities, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We will definitely be back!

Wow. Half way through a 2 night spa break.
Had the best reception I’ve ever had at any hotel from Ian on the welcome desk.The staff are so friendly and down to earth. Our room was stunning with a view over the frosty gardens, and we have our own private hot tub.
The spa facilities are endless and the treatment I booked was spot on.
The food is good, no complaints there. The staff are very attentive.
If you want to treat yourself, this is the place!

Had the indulgent twilight yesterday. Everything was great, and we felt looked after. The only downside was another group of guests who were very loud, rude, and made it hard to enjoy the tranquillity and relax. They even dominated the whole ladies' changing rooms at the end of the day, with dirty towels all over.

A great location, very private with great service and relaxing vibes. Thoroughly enjoyed our visited over a weekend. Food was fantastic (especially the evening meal!) and facilities were really nice. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future. Recommended!

3rd time going. 1st time was just a spa day. 2nd time we stayed over and they went above and beyond for us as they revealed the gender of our baby to us at dinner. Was magical. And the 3rd time was last week for our anniversary. Spa was amazing! The hotel room was stunning, very large, had a Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine and a gorgeous bathroom. The food was 10/10! So rich and filling. Loved every minute of it. Can't wait to go back!

Had yet another great time here yesterday. There us absolutely nothing to fault - superb facilities, excellent food and service. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with my car and the staff were brilliant helping me - thank you so much!

What an amazing spa.. I went with my friend for the Twilight session and it was absolutely amazing. Not too busy, the jacuzzi in one of the pool rooms wasn't on which was a shame.

We had an amazing festive platter and just enjoyed the spa.

Amazing and will totally look at going again.

The Hall itself is beautifully English with a warm romanic feel about it. I have found all the food in the restaurants of the most exceptional standard and the wine selection is very diverse.indeed. If one has to be a little critical to make my review of true fairness, some of the spa areas need a little TLC looking slightly in tired places, but the spa facilities are excellent.

Had a lovely spa stay here drove up from London for the night and it did not disappoint we paid for the early spa access on our first day which was from 4pm -9pm which we would definitely recommend as we visited the spa facilities after dinner and it was super quiet compared to the following day which also had the day spa guests and hotel guests which we found was a bit too busy. However had such an amazing stay was £455 for both of us including breakfast lunch and dinner. One thing to note the wine and cocktails were expensive cheapest wine was about £35, and the portion sizes especially at dinner were so small my boyfriend was still starving so recommend getting the sides which we opted out of as they were extra and we thought £455 for all of it was expensive enough + our wine.
And you need to bring your own flip flops or appropriate spa footwear.

The first time I have been to this hotel and spa. What a wonderful experience. The hotel.room had a broken window latch but didn't take anything away from my time here. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all to a.very high level as was the service throughout the hotel and spa. I had a warm muscle massage that was excellent. Can't wait to visit again next year as I will certainly be coming here again for a.second time.

We enjoyed a fabulous overnight stay and spa experience. Everyone was really helpful and attentive to make our stay the best possible. It was a real treat and have come home relaxed and recharged. Thank you Hoar Cross 😊

Me and my wife had a great time again. The food is always great and the service is welcoming and friendly. I had a really relaxing massage by Amber w. She was very good at her craft.

Lovely Spa and excellent treatment packages. The food is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. Would really recommend for a relaxing get away and some "me time"!
The only negative was I had parked next to this vehicle so had to wade in water to get my car out. I did make reception aware of this (and my wet shoes!! - and also the bedroom window was leaking in water from the rain), but there was little concern and "very little we can do about that".
So please be careful where you park your car if the weather is a bit rainy!!!
Overall another lovely spa break and would recommend!!
