Caffè Nero

My favourite coffee shop in Camberley. The staff are always friendly and the coffee is the best. I recommend the salted caramel latte! I've also had cake here and the toasted Panini which were both really nice.

This Nero was excellent, great coffee and good service. A week later my card company contacted me to say they never collected my payment so it was refunded to my account, happy days. I shall visit again, hopefully for more free beverages.

Sat outside for a brew and a chat with a friend. Caffè Nero was busy when we arrived but the service was excellent. Always popular with Saturday shoppers and even more so with last minute Christmas shoppers.

For a coffee shop within a department store, there was a surprising amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors. My drink was made fast, and I was able to sit down inside for the first time in months! Loved it, and the drink.

Staff went above and beyond the call of duty with a smile! My daughter left her braces top and bottom in a napkin. We realised 20 min later and I returned to the cafe. The lovely member of staff looked through the bins for it, not the nicest job. Gave them back to us in a bag with a smile. Thanks so much saved us lots of money and hassle.

Coffees took ages and were cold. Replacement coffees took longer and were even colder. Staff are not properly trained. Was dirty and the bathroom was shocking.

1st of lovely staff , 2nd lovely cake and such a variety if your a cake lover and 3rd coffee was spot on with a hint of talent 💕 loved it

Not once have I ever seen this place not crammed or cued! The staff work unbelievable hard, long shifts and deal with difficult customers. The only thing I wish I could have was delivery! Then I'd be ordering ALL THE TIME!

Excellent quite clean and tidy friendly service with a smile. Nice coffee and comfortable chairs to watch the world go by.

Had a lovely latte here today. One of the best coffee chains. If it's to strong or weak they change it with no problems.

Always busy place but the staff is really quick and l am quite happy going back over and over there, thank you caffe nero !

Very impressed with the staff so hence high marks. Not impressed with my hot chocolate, but I'll remember for next time to order something else.

Wanna coffee chain to be loyal to? Be loyal to Café Nero. By far and away the best on the high street, no question.

Always a nice atmosphere, well spaced tables with friendly staff.

Nice drinks and food, with the current situation though, everything is in paper cups and bags, even for eat in (August 2020)

Great coffee and great cake. Ideal spot for watching the world go by.

It was new and great experience for me. Had a good time during the rain.
