Hopvine House Dental Practice

I went for my six month check and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I met my new dentist Samuel Cedric Poole for the first time and he made me feel totally at ease. I found him to be friendly and professional and I look forward to seeing him for future dental appointments. It was a really good experience today.

A great experience! From the moment you walk in the door, the staff are welcoming. My son and daughter are only young, so the dentist is a daunting place. Safa is amazing. She puts the children at ease and makes it fun and educational! After only a couple of visits with her, they are confident to come in and sit in the chair! Couldn't ask for a better service! Thank you!

I was very nervous - after seeing the same dentist for many years suddenly had a series of dentists- not always a positive experience. New dentist really good friendly, polite and explained needed procedures. My teeth are wearing away but I felt better for seeing him and confident to trust in his expertise. Thank you.

Receptionist lovely. My Dentist Amy put me totally at ease. I was extremely nervous which is normal. She re assured me so did her lovely nurse. Always terrified of going to the dentist. Amy is amazing. They all are. Thankyou

My first visit with Cedric, a great addition to Hopvine dental surgery. I’m a nervous patient and not keen on visiting, but I soon relaxed, I felt heard and he gave me options for the future I had never heard of. A very positive experience, and feeling more relaxed about having treatment in the future 😊

Excellent service as usual. I’ve been with this dentist over 30 years and they are very good. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable but Safa is exceptional. She is kind and knowledgeable and takes great time and trouble to explain her recommendations and talks you though everything. Highly recommended.

Eduardo and Lucy were very patient with me following a procedure that I was really anxious about. They both made me feel at ease.
It's shame the practice are no longer offering NHS treatment to children but this has no reflection on the treatment provided.

Great treatment. Went in for a routine check up with Safa who spotted a couple of small issues. Safa and her nurse are very good. Always clear explanations and discussion about treatment from a friendly and highly professional team. Reception and other staff are always helpful and welcoming.

Treatment is efficient and modern. The dental surgeons are highly skilled and do their best to keep you relaxed and comfortable during treatments. A big thank you to Amit for my treatment today.

Professional, friendly & very accommodating for nervous patients.
Our three children attend this practise and are in great hands. Our youngest is quite a complex case due to medical diagnosis & communication between Hopvine & addenbrookes is brilliant.
Couldn’t ask for any better!

Safa listens to the issues and shares her views and talks you through the options. She is very clear when explaining about what she finds and looks at the least invasive treatment too. I feel very reassured by her knowledge and professionalism. Safa is easy to talk to and you feel relaxed when in the Surgery. She is an excellent dentist.

I had a tooth extraction this morning carried out by Cedric whom I found very professional and understanding. His assistant, Sophie was also very reassuring.

Excellent service and friendly staff, I had the new GBT treatment today with Amy and her nurse, Sophie. Both were very friendly and professional! Amy explained everything she was doing throughout the appointment and really made me feel at ease. She used a disclosing dye on my teeth to highlight the plaque and I could not believe how many areas I had missed with my brushing and tepes!! She went through all the toothbrush and interdental cleaning with me to help me improve my oral health and learn better cleaning techniques at home. Amy then cleaned everything off my teeth/ gums and the results were amazing. Every bit of soft plaque, hard plaque and even staining, had disappeared and my teeth looked and felt fabulous. I was very impressed and this treatment is something I will definitely have again and be recommending to everyone.

New dentist was very thorough compared to previous visits. Asked about history, medical conditions. Did a proper de scale and not just a brief clean.

Saw Amy today the hygienist. Very professional service. So good I have booked in again. She explained everything in great detail , what she was doing and why .
