The Spa at Bedford Lodge

From the moment I booked my spa it was a totally wonderful experience.
When I got there they showed me around. In the locker they give you, it already has your robe, towel and slippers.
My treatments with Lauren were sublime.

All the staff are wonderful, and as they knew it was my birthday they gave me a little treat. Nothing is forced, the atmosphere is serene. The facilities are lovely and the place is spotless. I would recommend this spa any more.

I am definitely going back. Well worth the money.

Amazing day and night for our anniversary. My wife and I had Gail and Sophie who gave us the best massage we've ever had. The dinner in the evening was also delicious. Great spa facilities and a nice touch with the plate of treats left in the room. Highly recommended.

What a treat. Lovely pool area with multiple bubble and shower experiences. Great massages, sauna, steam rooms available and lovely afternoon tea. The hot tub on the roof is great under a starry sky. Would go again.

What a wonderful place, we went here for a couple of nights as part of a wedding party. Firstly the staff are amazing credit must go to Robert, Rachel and the two Jonnys who made our weekend. The whole place was perfect, from the facilities (pool and gym) to the food. I have to recommend this team and place as I will be going back when I can

We stayed here for a spa weekend. Everything was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was very nice. We was served breakfast in bed the following Morning of our stay and that was very nice to. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary, it really was excellent. The location is fantastic as it's just a short 5 minute drive from the center of Newmarket, which is nice to walk around. The staff were so friendly and polite when we first arrived, and we were straight into our room within 5 minutes. The super deluxe room really was lovely! It had a really comfy large bed, so we both slept very well. Also the room was equipped with Sky HD, which was a major bonus we both both enjoyed in the evening😁. The following morning we enjoyed our included breakfast, which was fantastic. Loads of options to choose from on the menu, but we both opted for the full English which was very tasty😋! After breakfast we made the most of the spa facilities before we checked out, which was very relaxing before our drive home. Overall our experience was brilliant at the Bedford Lodge, right from when we checked in to the moment we checked out. We will definitely be back!

A great location, easy to get to and parking on site. The facility is beautiful, inside and out and the staff are lovely and friendly. This visit I had a 60 minute aromatherapy massage. It was wonderful. Very relaxing.

We visited the Spa in September. Myself and my sister were on a special weekend away celebrating my 40th. My sister was not able to do much physically as she had been unwell. Katie the manager at the spa was just sensational. She made our time so special. Katie you went above and beyond to make our time at the spa as enjoyable as possible and it was. We created such happy memories and this was down to you, and the wonderful staff at the spa. Myself and my husband have booked to come again in November. Thank you so much. Katie you don't realise just how much this day meant to us. A 1000 thank you's. See you in November x

Another great experience at Bedford Lodge Spa, well looked after, satisfying treatments and relaxation in the pool and facilities.
We got through several bottles of champagne and the day just flew by, we suddenly realised it was nearly closing time!
Look forward to them reopening again once lock down is over.
Good value day when booked with offers, so nice to forget about everything on a dreary day.

A quick overnight stay. We didn't have time to use the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch, with a choice of hot food cooked to order

Had an amazing day at the spa today. The spa is lovely and so clean. The staff are amazing the service was 10 out of 10. The treatment was so relaxing. The food was great and just want to mention how amazing the spa manager is in going above and beyond to make our day perfect. Thank you Bedford lodge spa will definitely be back !

Wonderful place. Amazing food and a lovely friendly atmosphere. We went here for a valentines meal which was excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and the service is second to none. Always a waiter or waitress available to see to your needs. We will definitely be visiting again. The spa is wonderful also. Thanks for a great evening.

The most relaxing place. Staff are super good and the facilities are amazing.
My wife and I spent a whole day and evening here. We had a mud treatment which was a first for me.
I really enjoyed the experience.
The saunas, steam and pools were fantastic.
Lunch was light and tasty and the wine flowed well.
Very clean everywhere.
Really recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax.
