We have received an excellent service from start to end. And very happy with the results. Very competitive pricing, the gentlemen cleaned up after themselves properly, used dust sheets on request, Interesting conversation between themselves with no loud or below the belt subjects. We regularly topped them up with cuppa & biscuits. Nice to be nice. Thank you Scott, Ollie, Pete, Mark, Paul & ladies who assisted us over the phone. I would highly recommend.

If carlsberg, did fireplaces!! Absolutely perfection. Quote cheaper than anyone, but that's not what that sold it for us to leave this review! . It was Scott, complete and utter professional, kept us updated throughout went the extra mile! a genuine salt of the earth chap! Wouldn't use anyone other. Don’t understand a couple of negative reviews I’ve seen on here, but since covid you try and get a plasterer, a roofer, Firestone installer, a tiler, a joiner, a project manager- to all turn up when they should as promised - you must have Claire Sweeney’s direct number from 60 min make over !! 🙄

Excellent service and fitting throughout.
I had issues with my old log burner and needed a new one asap.
Scott came and sorted. Arranged to take out the old burner ,sweep the chimney and a new log burner fitted within 10days. The fitter was excellent too.

On the date the team arrived completed the works came across a few obstacles but nothing they couldn’t deal with

Thanks so much to Scott, Paul, John and Mark at 'The Fireplace' for transforming my dining room by installing such a fantastic-looking log burner, and brand new marble hearth. I went to 'The Fireplace' after a recommendation from a neighbour. I certainly wouldn't wish away the gorgeous weather we are having at the moment, but for once the winter will be something to look forward to!

Literally cannot rate these guys high enough - I came to them with all the gear and no idea.
Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain the process of opening our chimney and fitting a log burner in a language I understood (I had zero prior knowledge).
The guys came over, and fitted the whole thing without any drama - he even helped remove some plasterboard on our barebrick fireplace (which I had shoddily attempted).
The pricing was transparent, which was a big seller for me as other companies I had contacted overwhelmed me with hugely varying prices for services which I had no context for.

We visited a few showrooms in search of our stove, and found the best one that we'd seen here. Scott was really helpful from start to finish, came and surveyed without issue and delivered what had been agreed on time. The fitters were great as well, couldn't have been more helpful or thorough. Great service all round, and price was spot on, better than any of the other places we visited. Will be back again next year when we do the dining room.

Great service from start to finish. We kept the orignal hearth and mantlepiece and had a new gas fire and flue fitted. The lads were amazing, great problem solvers (issues with old house) and made sure the job was perfect. Turned up on time and cleaned up before leaving,

VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW GAS FIRE AND LIMESTONE FIREPLACE

Bought an electric coal effect fire from The Fireplace. Fitted it myself after instructions from Scott. Absolutely superb. Looks brilliant. Exactly what we wanted. Much better to see the actual item first rather than relying on internet pictures.

The fireplace and stove center have just completed an installation and we are very satisfied with the service and professionalism we have received .
From start to finish the installers have been courteous whilst working in our home . Many thanks
