East House

We had a two night stay at the East house and I'm so glad we booked East House out of all the many places in the Cotswolds and Broadway.
Andrew and Lauren were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for you without going over the top.
Andrew and Lauren are brilliant cooks also and the breakfast was the nicest anywhere I've stayed, the full English had bacon which was more like steak in thickness and was wonderfully sourced like all the food... The musli was amazing and the Pancakes were light and fluffy.
The bedrooms are very classy and you will sleep well and the house is so beautiful with nice touches of sherry, Port n whiskey left out for the guests to have a night cap if you choose...
So stop thinking about booking and just do it and it's worth the money!

We had a lovely weekend at East House. Lauren and Andrew made us feel so welcome, the room was beautiful & comfortable. Location was perfect to explore Broadway and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend a stay at East House. Oh yes and of course a delicious breakfast !

We have just had a wonderful 2 night stay at East House B&B to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. What a beautiful home!! Lauren and Andrew were fantastic hosts who genuinely cared for their guests. Thank you for the sightseeing recommendations! We paid a premium price for this accommodation but it was worth every penny. The Spencer suite oozed luxury with a very comfy bed. Thank you so much for letting us share your home. We will be back!

We have just had a brilliant weekend away and stayed in this beautiful accommodation , East House .Lauren and Andrew are the perfect hosts and welcomed us both with a glass of champagne, this was only the start of our great experience and we can 100% recommend this B&B as first class . Our room was perfect and clean and breakfast was excellent, would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this beautiful B&B. Lauren and Andrew are very special hosts who cannot do enough for their guests. Gorgeous rooms, divine breakfasts (best scrambled eggs I've ever had) every conceivable need catered for. In walking distance to Broadway village centre but peace and quiet reigns at East House. Fabulous.

We are extremely happy repeat guests of Lauren & Andrew’s. East House is a gorgeous home with heavenly beds, delicious breakfasts and warm, welcoming hosts. Broadway is a lovely village with lots to do locally on foot as well as being a convenient base for exploring the Cotswolds. A very special treat.

The owners of East House converted me back to Bed and Breakfasts as I usually prefer complete privacy. We were left feeling comfortable, with just the right degree of privacy mixed with customer service and attention to detail.

When we thought my wife might be having a mild allergic reaction to pollen, a quick text to the owner and she was there with some anti histamine. The owners were so helpful and you can tell they want you to be there. (So many places nowadays clearly just do not want you around).

Apparently they had a dog but it was so well behaved you wouldn't have noticed. (Which was lucky as my wife doesn't like them).

We stayed in the suite and it's exactly that. Very grand and makes you feel extremely special.

My only regret is we didn't stay long enough to try out all of the breakfasts!

Top marks, which I wouldn't easily hand out. Can you find somewhere cheaper? Possibly. Can you find the same level of comfort and quality for cheaper? Not a chance. Pay the bit extra and you won't be disappointed with what you get.

This B&B is superb! If you want to stay in Broadway or have a base to visit the Cotswolds then look no further. The hosts Andrew & Lauren make you feel at home on arrival.

Expensive but very nice, breakfast was excellent made with high quality produce. Very friendly and helpful hosts, the bedrooms and all the other areas were clean and tidy and the log burner was just great

Beautiful house owned by beautiful people in a beautiful village called Broadway. Absolutely stunning stay we had.

Great place to stay, central for lots of places, wonderful hosts, fab little touches, would love to come again.
