The Hatton Arms

It’s always difficult as a family to find a place to eat - an hour away for everyone . This pub was a perfect meeting place . The service was excellent , the waitresses were so efficiently ent , polite and professional . Food lovely 😻 quite expensive but worth it

We were visiting the area for a work event, spotted the pub on the way past. Glad we went, food was lovely and the staff were fantastic, really good service. We had team from the NL visiting and one had his first ever fish and chips, which is now a new favourite!

Lovely food and atmosphere. Had a family meal and me and my dad had the sharer Sunday roast, couldn't finish it!
My partner is gluten free and vegan and they had good choices and we're very accommodating.

We stopped in here whilst passing by and were not disappointed at all.

Never been before and being as it was my son in-laws birthday we wanted somewhere special, and boy did it not disappoint...what a wonderful experience and such a superb evening. The place is right next to a canal and easy to get to from the motorway. The decor is beautiful and the staff and food were excellent...you never know who you bump in to...and our famous star was Chris eubanks....what an absolutely wonderful night....would highly recommend.....5 stars all the way. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

Great place.. me and my family had been out for the day .so on way back we decided go here it was afternoon time they was very busy so popped in to see a nice young lady near the bar asked about a table because we hadn't booked. So worked her magic within 15 minutes we was sat at table.. Good food . Staff go extra mile reasonable prices that's all you want

Lovely place by the locks at Hatton. Popped in for some lunch today. They managed to squeeze us in even though they were busy. Fully recommend the Hatton Arms

Great place to have something nice to eat and relax. The fantastic countryside surroundings including the locks, make for a lovely picturesque view as your enjoying the wonderful food. Staff are also amazing and accommodating as we turned up 30 minutes before we booked.

This place smells wonderful! Helpful staff too. The bar area is not huge so if you aren't eating it may be busy.

OMG, so many times I have driven past and thought I would love to eat there, but the car park is always full. So pre-booked for the 23rd Dec and can now see why. We had come from Hatton World and arrived 45 minutes early. We had a drink in the waiting area, and before we knew it, we were being seated. The food was delicious, just the right amount and very tasteful.
It is dog friendly. Beautifully decorated, large decking area overlooking the barges and plenty of space in the garden for the summer days.

So much so we are going back in January.

What a great location, over looking the canal and fields it is a great spot to relax. The Sunday roast was good, the portion size was fantastic and taste was top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking on site and alot of seating indoor and out. There is a good selection of drinks. Would recommend to anyone from just a quick drink to a full meal.

Really enjoyed our family meal here. Dogs are allowed but make sure you mention it when you book as the dining is in a different room. Food was tasty and the kids meals were plenty big enough for the 10 year olds with us. Sunday roast was delicious too. Staff were super helpful and tolerant of falling over dogs and kids. Lots of space inside with quieter areas for drinks only and adult groups. Large garden and terrace which would be beautiful in good weather. Highly recommended.

On a sunny day there is nothing better than to sit in a pub garden enjoying the scenery and The Hatton Arms has plenty of great views. We chose fairly simple dishes but they were well presented and tasted great. A must if you are in the area and you enjoy dining outdoors.

What a fantastic pub! Absolutely incredible food, good beers and ales, good service, modern but cosy decor, and reasonable pricing. The puddings are perhaps a bit pricey for what they are, but the mains are well priced for their quality. I'd really recommend giving this place a go.

The food was a bit cold .but I eat it. Apart from the yorkshire pudding, that did not taste nice .four of us sat at a small round table, 2 of us had disability and had crutches. So seating was not ideal

Excellent Sunday lunch even though it was the hottest day of the year and the flies were out in force, staff very helpful and friendly and all work hard to help, supplying our baby with milk and the children with lots of yummy ice cream. Make sure you book so as not to be disappointed!

Great spot to rest from a day's lock work. Delicious food, good ales and a lovely view over the countryside. Vegetarian options on the menu, so everyone was happy. Just a lovely place for lunch on a sunny day.

We work in London, live in Manchester. To find an eatery you like between the two takes some doing. The Hatton Arms has beautiful food, great staff and a lovely setting.
