Changed practice to vets for pets a year ago. Now I have treats food and healthcare all in one place. Staff always friendly and helpful, whether it's a vet/ nurse visit or more toys for the pampered pooch. Insurance claim was all dealt with by Karen ( real star) and paid out without issue. Only shame is I wish there was one in Deal, still small price to pay

Lovely staff everytime I visit, today I was served by Alex who was very friendly and very helpful. He gave me extra information including representing the company very well informing me of the benefits of the pets at home app and also helped me get my new collar out of the packaging so my puppy could wear it straight away!!

Good selection, helpful staff, slightly pricy but some bargains to be found. Online ordering to collect in store free is really handy. Groomers & vets upstairs (lift & stairs). Vets are really lovely. No personal experience of the groomers.

Seems short staffed. However, the customer service is really good and always very friendly and informative. We have been looked after and always felt welcome.

Went there to but everything I needed to cater for 2 kittens I asked one of the store workers to help me and nothing was too much trouble. Great place for pet supplies and very helpful friendly staff. Thankyou and I will be returning.

We are getting our first pooch in just over a week so we went in to get her toys and a few other bits and bobs. We popped upstairs (vet and grooming area) and spoke to one of the front of house staff - Maxine.

Maxine was astoundingly supportive at a time that can be a little overwhelming. She took a significant amount of her time to talk us through a wide range of support options. She paused along the way to check understanding and was genuinely transparent about what was offered. We did not feel pressured and walked away thinking Pets at Home was the top ranking based on her customer service alone, as demonstrated by Maxine.

Treated our little dog with care and consideration, prices are reasonable and we felt comfortable in the good atmosphere, will definitely be using this vet (vets for pets) in future. Update :- had our little dog Peggy spayed and were very impressed with the operation, and the vet who performed it, I have never before seen such beautiful stitching, and Peggy has made a very fast recovery. We are extremely grateful.

Great place to purchase tropical fish. The young lady that served me was very knowledgeable on there care and how best to look after them. Although I have been keeping tropical fish for quite a few years. It was refreshing to have a conversation and not just a hard sell. Well done Pets at Home, top marks
