I had a fantastic experience with this company, getting a ghost car alarm fitted for my Range Rover. Rob and Ken were so professional and personable. They delivered top notch quality work with great customer service. Highly recommend them.

I had a new multi media system installed by Comand when I bought my Mercedes SL two years ago (the original had been removed by the classic car dealer who said it was faulty). All was well until I kept getting messages on the dash saying “consumables not available” and no functions from the system. Had it looked at by two MB main dealerships who couldn’t fix so went back to Comand. What started out as an investigation turned into a challenge to solve the problem. Eventually they determined it was the alarm siren draining the boot battery which they fixed.
I can’t thank them enough for what they did - very professional and excellent service.

Excellent service from Mark, Richard and the team today. After a ‘highly recommended Indy’ accidentally erased several important options from my instrument cluster, I spent the last 9 months trying to figure out what happened and how to get them back. No garage could resolve it as they don’t have in depth enough knowledge of STAR, and even the main dealer incorrectly said I needed a new instrument cluster. Thank God I found Mark and Richard, who added the missing menu options and messages back along with some bonus options. I highly recommend these guys - they were my last hope and they delivered quickly and at a reasonable price. Thank you very much guys :)

Recently imported an E250, Mercedes main dealer couldn't decide if my maps could be updated or not. Comand updated the maps to Europe maps, also wired in a cam, they knew what they were doing. Great work, very professional, from my recent experience I would highly recommend them. Should also add from the time I emailed them, talked on the phone, it was a very good experience.

Wanted an iPod integration solution for my C-Class and spoke to Mark at Comand. Got some great advice and he didn't seem to mind me asking endless questions.

I placed an order online and the kit arrived on the day requested. Fitting was easy and it works as expected.

Further questions were answered promptly by email and I cannot fault the excellent service from this company!

Comand system failure. Mercedes main dealer solution was £147+vat for disagnostic and further £3100 for new unit. Up to Lightwater by appointment for exchange unit. £1200 and that included maps updated!
A 3 to 4 hour job but excellent service and they know what they are at! Fear not if you have to make a special long journey for this solution.
To pass the time? Taxi £5 to The Inn at West End for lunch, read the papers, do some work, afternoon tea. Collect the car and return to ??

After many months of planning and emails I finally got to meet Mark and his team to get them to fit a COMAND unit to my CLK. Was quoted about 2.5 hours for fitting and it was completed in 1.5 hours. So pleased I am going back at some point to have the phone system installed as well. Thanks for the compliments about my car as well. :-)
