Excellent Customer Service by Ellie. Staff are very friendly and polite. Makes shopping at The Perfume Shop in Camberley an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I also find they are cheaper than Duty Free and have great deals. Definitely recommend.

Top tier customer service. I went into the shop not knowing much about perfume or what kind of scent I’m more drawn to. I left with two wonderful perfumes because of the amazing help from the sales assistant. Would recommend to anyone if they wanted to get a perfume for themselves or for someone else as a gift.

Absolutely fantastic customer service in the Camberley store... the head office customer service team could learn a lot from them.
The manager went above and beyond to help me today and I'm very grateful to her... wish I could give more than 5 stars for her.

Nice helpful young lady served us and was polite and knowledgeable. Let me smell all the samples and choose exactly what was right for me. Recommend this branch. It's clean and tidy and very well stocked with plenty of offers.
