I have pretty much no complaints. A complementary car wash or the option for one would have been great, but I'm really scrapping the barrel here to find anything to complain about.

What a mess my car was, Thomas rectified it, done a real professional job on it and stayed late to complete my car. Great thanks to him and his partner who worked till 8pm Monday night, would I use him again....would I recommend him to anyone....100% on both. Can't speak highly enough of how quickly you got me booked in to get the work done with a turnover of 4 days and got my car back.

After searching around for quotes for my bumper repair (ranging from £250 up to £1600!!!) I went for Smart Quote as they seemed both reasonable and knowledgeable. They had a look at my car and got me booked in for the following day. Only took 2 days and I couldn’t he happier with the results. The nicest, most honest and reasonable owner and staff. As a woman I sometimes find car mechanics patronising but this was absolutely not the case here. Will absolutely be using this company again and recommending to everyone!

I came across smart quotes, the reviews were the main reason why I chose to contact smart quotes, however as any customers your own experience matters above all, regardless of the good reviews, so I was still very apprehensive. I contacted smart quotes, and I dealt with the main man Thomas, Great guy! Within an hour, he had sorted out a door, collected it, and held it for me too! very honest and transparent, our conversation gave me the confidence to go ahead with him. Thomas gave me the best quote on the market and did a top job!

Thomas and his business are incredible at what they do, absolute top man and a real expert: took my car in with some bodywork damage to the rear after reversing into a metal farm gate. You wouldn't know it ever happened. I wouldn't go anywhere else again for bodywork/repair/fitting etc. customer service, expertise, price, all 10/10.

Very fast and professional turn around, handed the car in Wednesday and within 3 days, the car was ready for pick up. There were some minor scratches through out the body panels however Thomas acknowledged and fixed it within the price that was quoted to me. Fantastic service from Thomas. Prices were far cheaper than other quotes I had received. Dropped off midday on Wed and it was ready by Fri morning. As per photos, the deep scratch in the wing mirror has been made as new. Thomas also spotted a scuff on the rear of the car when we dropped it off, and was able to fix this too. Overall very happy with the service, and would go back for any future issues.

Thomas is a really honest guy and sorted out the dents on my car and quoted the best price and I was really happy with the results, You cannot tell there were dents even on the car after he worked on it. Really quick turnaround on the car as well. Would recommend if you want a perfect job done at a reasonable price.

Had my Porsche 911 996 done here. Absolute great help from Thomas and the crew. Done an amazing job on the car even though it was a difficult colour to get. Amazing fibreglass repair on my front bumper and got my car ready for when I needed it. Definitely would recommend for repairs and paint jobs and will be coming back whenever I need it, hopefully I don't. But again thank you so much for all the help and doing a professional job.

Out of all the bodywork specialists I’ve visited over the years, Tom for me is the best in his trade. He is decently priced and pays attention to detail when completing any work. He did a great job on my car and despite being really busy this week, had my car ready for when I needed it.
