What a fantastic job Steve has done. He's a great guy, punctual, friendly, fair and outstanding at what he does. Our bath was too heavy to remove and so we had it recoloured in situ. Absolutely thrilled withe end result and we know that the conditions he had to operate in were not the norm and not idel, but no complaint or sharp intakes of breath. He dealt with the job in hand using his experience and talent. Will happily recommend him to others.

He returned the next day on time to do the polishing and cleanup.

Steve Baxter's work is amazing. It is so refreshing to see such a dedicated and meticulous professional at work. Completely trustworthy and without a doubt recommended with maximum effect. This was a particularly challenging job and Steve tackled it with his trademark attention to detail, care and all-round respect (he even polished the bathroom mirror at the end!). Steve is THE man to get – truly an artist!

Steve was great! Really friendly, on time, no mess no fuss, great communication throughout also took the time to explain what he did and the aftercare. The before and after is amazing! He even went above and beyond by redoing the sealant/silicone for me around the bath which wasn't part of the quote but he offered to do it.

Highly recommend. I dropped a scented candle in the bath which chipped it in two places. I found Steve via Google search and requested a quote, which was very easy to do. Steve came back quickly with a competitive price and based on that, and his reviews I asked that he do the job. It took a little while for Steve to come out but that’s a reflection of how busy he is due to demand for his work and let’s be honest, a chipped bath isn’t an emergency! He continued to stay in touch and arrived when he said he would, on time. I entrusted him to my Mum due to me being away and she thought he was great. The job was completed brilliantly and you can’t see the join (as it were). I’d highly recommend and absolutely use Steve again. Thank you!

I dropped a heavy bowl on my white enamel bath. The bowl did not break (!) but it created a large chip (size of a tennis ball), down to the bare steel. Steve repaired the chip to an excellent quality and I cannot see the fault now. This saved me the cost, time and hassle of replacing the bath, which was of good quality. He is very experienced, professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Communication excellent, was on time. All neat and tidy after.

Steve was absolutely brilliant. Professional, tidy, and quick to both respond to my initial query and then to sort the job. My bath is a 60 year old cast iron tub and the enamel was completely worn off in places, yellowed and scratchy. It is no exaggeration to say it now looks like a completely new bath!
