Having been appointed a hire vehicle from this outlet for work I have to say it was extremely peofessional from start to collection. I have found that any vehicle issues whilst under hire were quickly fixed and able to be suited to a time that suited me. Staff I spoke with to arrange collection were friendly and helpful on phone and the rental vehicle I've had for over a year was amazing... But then all good things come to an end eventually...

I was lucky to get a van at very short notice the pick up and drop off procedure was quick and painless. Two year old van drove like a dream had aircon and other mod cons. The lady on duty Patty was a pleasure to deal with, would recommend and use again.

Had an issue with my hire van that I originally rented from Essex. Whilst in worthing called Europcar Whorthing dept told them about the problem with my van, told me to bring it to them and they swapped it over no problem. Recommended

Not sure about why they've had so many bad reviews. Picked up 'vauxhall insignia' for a trip to see giants live in Manchester. Was given a VW estate instead which was lovely and spacious being 6ft7. Guy on desk was very helpful, no issues returning and deposit refunded in timely fashion. Will definitely use again.
