I recently purchased a Perfect Fit harness from Unique Pets, the staff could not have been more accommodating, they were just brilliant!! I have an over excited dog and I didn't want to risk having the fitting done in the warehouse around other dogs, people and where he could potentially run away from me, I explained this to the staff who said, "that's no problem, we can used our office come on in"! Not only were they super helpful, understanding, knew the product and how to fit it properly, they are all genuinely very nice and knowledge people. Thank you to all at Unique Pets who made our visits and fittings stress less and a really good experience.

I have just returned from an excellent experience at Unique Pets. I was looking to find a harness for our mature corgi. The corgi shape is not the most easy to accommodate and we tried numerous variations of a range of harnesses. The staff were so patient and helpful and we left with a harness that our dog liked, fit him surprisingly well (one of the staff members actually figured out how to alter it especially for him) and it cost a fraction of what I was prepared to spend. All in all, a great experience and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was a complete novice moving my dog to Raw. The staff have been fantastic, extremely informative and very patient. Not only was I enquiring about the actual food itself but package recycling and real practical questions around traveling with Raw food. Feel very confident now. Great range of products and great staff! Thanks for making the transition so much easier.

What a lovely shop. Very friendly. They have got quite a lot of natural food for the dogs that I have never come across anywhere else. I bought some Haggis for my friends dog to try. Unique pets is amazing !! As first time puppy parents their help and knowledge has been priceless. They are always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble, their advice has been invaluable. They have a fantastic range of raw foods and everything you could need and won’t sell you anything you don’t !! I would definitely recommend to everyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Great pet store. Excellent range of foods and treats. Amazing staff who will give good advice about pets. Great customer service. We buy an excellent range of raw food for our dog. There is dog training, dog portraits and a therapeutic hydrotherapy pool for animals. Highly recommended.

An amazing business run by amazing people - you can see they really care and are absolutely passionate about their customers - both the owners and their pets. Their knowledge is second to none and they offer a total wellbeing solution for happy, healthy pets - from nutritional advice and supply of the best food (particularly raw) to training and socialisation. They've adapted brilliantly well to our changing world over the last 12 months with an excellent online service but we can't wait to be able to pop in any time again and also attend some of their brilliant classes.

Aylsbury store, We were referred to get a 'perfect fit' harness by our dog trainer, our miniature schnauzer Peggy was very nervous. All the staff made a fuss of her and even allowed her to play in their training center. They made the harness up for us and fitted to Peggy, time was no issue they were certainly putting the welfare of Peggy before the sale. Even then there was no pressure to purchase.
They allowed Peggy to settle in the store and gave helpful advice and tips! I don't know what else they could have done to help us. One thing for sure we will be using them in the future. All we can say is a big thank you from a very nervous dog. This is true old fashioned shop service with a smile. How refreshing, I am not one to write these reviews in fact this is the first. Well done - a company with strong customer values and caring.

Wow this place is amazing, the largest range of frozen raw food in the county I'm sure. As well as tons of different dog treats, leads, harnesses, medicines etc etc. There's also a hydrotherapy pool which has rejuvenated one of our dogs and saved him having a nasty op with 6 weeks recovery. They also have a big room used for puppy training, socialisation etc. I have to say I only take notice of dog stuff but I'm sure they cater for other animals too, give them a call, they're very friendly.

Great shop. Staff really knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they don't guess but find out and get back to you. My dog was ill on so many foods including ones from the vet. A visit to unique pets with my dog resulted in the perfect food for him. We also got a harness for him that actually fitted after wasting money on others that didn't quite fit due to his shape. I drive an hour each way to get my dogs food as I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

I absolutely love this place huge variety of dog food and raw food.. lots of mental stimulation games the shop has such a variety of things from hamster to dogs the staff are so so friendly and give amazing advice. You can have pet portraits done there you can do hydrotherapy there you can do dog training classes there anyone that goes there won't be disappointed trust me

Fantastic staff and really friendly and knowledgeable even delivered during a storm! 3 years of usimg these folks for supplies and advice as well as the odd touch of perspective from Tom! Would not go anywhere else

Best selection of raw foods I have seen round here. They also gave advice based o their own experiences, which was very helpful. They also deliver, apparently, so I shall very likely use them regularly.

My dogs have a problem, they don't like other dogs, specially my Luci. I went there the other day to get some muzzle and other items to protect her and other dogs on our walks. While in the shop Luci was getting nervous, ladies noticed that and did what they could to come her down. Brilliant experience Luci was super happy we got what we needed I'll be going back with my other dog and ill be using them again.

Very helpful and kind staff. Got our dogs claws done. Well impressed. Took 10 minutes. Definately be going again. Wide range of food toys and other bits and pieces for your pet.

I really like this petshop, although it seems particularly adjusted to cat and dog owners. Grooming and training classes are available on the same site. It has a lot of especially good stuff. I get my doggies food delivered from them- it is frozen. Staff are knowlegeable and more inportant, polite and friendly. It IS a bit more expensive than other big pet stores but in my opinion worth it. I don't often say that!

Unique pets are wonderful! Jenna and her team are so lovely and always so eager to help you with any questions you have in regards to your animals needs. They have loads of choices of raw meats for your animal, along with super tasty treats, gorgeous collars and leads along with all the latest toys. They have a great little.privaye shop, with easy parking, easy access for all customers and offer all kinds of things for your animals (from pet photography, to monthly seminars and discussions, puppy classes, dog grooming). I have a staffy cross who loves my return from a shopping spree at unique pets!!!!! I can't help but spend money in there as they have so many great bits and pieces. All the staff are extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. Jenna loves her job and this shines through when hearing her chat about animals. Another amazing thing about UP is that they have a loyalty card/ reward scheme which is great for doggy birthdays and Christmas time! Thank you for all you do guys :)

Unique Pets is just wonderful. Been shopping here for years and all 5 of my pets love everything I buy them. The staff are very informed and friendly and not pushy at all. Just kind and helpful.

The staff are amazing full of knowledge and ready to answer any questions. We have attended several of the training classes which has lead to our puppy being well mane red and everyone loving him.

Very good range of raw food for dogs and cats. Staff are happy, helpful and knowledgeable. My dogs love popping in for a look around at all the tasty goodies.
