Needed Something a Little fancier than jeans
Bought trousers, shirt, sweater and jacket.
Being from the States, did not know what would happen. Gentleman measured, suggested, and left Satisfied. Looked and felt great. Wore to Event in London, Paris.

Lots of clothes to choose from, it is a huge outlet with three floors. They also have a foodhall with so many options.

My daughter, who was nervous and stressed about her first bra, was helped immensely by first rate help from Tracey at your store. Tracey stepped in, even though we had no appointment and prevented a potential full scale meltdown. Instead my daughter left smiling and happy with exactly what she needed. We can't thank her enough. Excellent clean department store for both clothing, shoes, greetings cards on the ground floor and with furniture, tableware, cafeteria and toilets including disabled toilets, lingerie on the first floor, lifts and escalators, and has a large supermarket and food hall attached on the ground floor. Excellent customer service and excellent seasonal offers.

I wanted to share this amazing interaction I had with an employee, I went into M&S hoping to find a suitable outfit for my nephews birthday, Kian was able to guide me and offer his advice and opinion which helped me come to a lovely outfit for his birthday. Nothing was too much to ask, Kian was always willing to help whilst having a smile on his face. Thank you M&S for adding to the special day, and thank you for Kian for all his help!!!!

Nice sized Marks and Spencers food hall. Offering the full offering of the more premium dishes. Prices for food will obviously not compete with your lower end brands, and why should they? Your paying for quality products here. There is no slacking with the display of the shop either. All products are constantly being brought forward making the store look very presentable.

M&S as great quality, only thing i would change is getting some more " younger " looking clothes.

Perfect service for collecting Christmas food. Collectio was on first floor so would suggest if need to your own get a trolley if needed. Handled quickly and food was delicious. To all the stress and hassle out of cooking at Christmas. We'll presented and yummy. We'll worth it!!

I was really pleased with my bra fitting today which Tracey.She made me feel at ease,very comfortable took her time to explain everything about the fitting,didn't rush me,took her time.
Tracey is very knowledgeable when it comes to bra fitting,I've learnt alot today about choosing the right time of bra.For the first time in a long time I feel comfortable in my own skin and with the right bra fitting ,it makes all the difference.Nothing was too much for Tracey.After my fitting Tracey showed me where I can find different types of bras in the lingerie department for when I go back to M&S and purchase more bras.I would highly recommend getting your bra fitting with Tracey.

Really impressed with the care the staff gave to a 90yr old woman who was being bullied and abused by her son, all because he couldn't book a taxi. The staff were immediately there to help and protect this woman from this vile man.

Lovely shop, helpful staff and usually has enough of everything in each size, if not they help you order online. They always have all the food I want with nice long dates. Love this shop!

I recently visited the Marks & Spencer branch in Milton Keynes for an eye test and was utterly impressed with the outstanding service and expertise I received.

The main highlight was my interaction with Jeevan, the optometrist who conducted my eye test. Jeevan was not only friendly, which immediately put me at ease, but also highly knowledgeable and informative. Her explanations were clear, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of my eye health and any necessary follow-up steps.

It's not often you find such personal care and attention in today's fast-paced retail environment. I appreciate Jeevan's dedication to her profession and her genuine interest in her patients' wellbeing.

A quintessential part of the British High Street.

M&S has been clothing and feeding the nation for a long time, so they know a thing or two about quality and service. Every time i step foot inside M&S i almost always find exactly what i need and in its correct place.

The quality of food and clothing is second to none and the prices are always good. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. It is what you would expect of Marks & Sparks.

I went in to get some flowers and they had a variety of choice. Staff were friendly

Clean, nice and quality stuff . Love hot foods snacks ,yummy bakery 🤤. Can grab a freshly made coffee and sit and eat there too .

Popped into M&S for some food. The food was great as usual. The shop is clean and a helpful assistant at the till made sure we had all the bags we needed.
Paid at the self service tills and walked around to the bus stops to travel home.

Love this store. Their lunch or food to go section is really good, always good quality. Prices aren't that bad. Customers service is really good too.

A nice place to get all your daily needs sorted.You can get fresh baked breads and treats from the counter and also flowers for your loved ones. It is like any department store, but also better. And different brochures with new recipes, about balanced diet, flowers, cakes etc are added bonus to keep you updated on the suppliers and new additions. AND a hot meal area, a variety of foods to choose from to sort your piping hot lunch cravings. In short, I love this place, it is walkable distance from any central bus stop and houses all you need!!
