Excellent supermarket all round. There are two levels of underground parking dedicated to the supermarket so parking is no issue. Always have trolleys and baskets available. There are ATMs located at the street entrance. There is also a photo booth for passport photos etc.
There is a decent sized homewares section for all rooms in the house, the kitchen and bedding selections are really good and the seasonal stock celebrating Christmas, Halloween, Summer etc is awesome. Clothing for women, men and also children. The women’s section has a change room which is handy.
There are always good deals across food and grocery items. The aisles are wide to accommodate two shopping trolleys 🛒 side by side with no issue.
There are self checkout options available for both trolleys and baskets

This Sainsbury's is a very large store with plenty of parking space. It offers a wide variety of products, making it easy to find everything you need. Lots of fresh to go food options, including hot and cold foods, salads, sushi, bakery.

Very nice shopping center with products on shelves properly full and prices on.
Lots of choices of everything, easy to find what you are looking through your shopping list. Good parking and appropriate size to move between corridors.

I absolutely love it! They have even a key cutter downstairs and a photo ID machine.

I am here for the meal deals. I really love the Costa coffee that you can get in the meal deal now. There is a massive range of everything and this includes bulk buy and also halal food. One of my favourite supermarkets. It’s also very clean which I love!!!

Great store, the staff are all so friendly and polite. The central Milton Keynes store is one of the best in the country. Amazing security staff and I would just like to mention Sarah and George for outside customer service and friendliness

Good place to do your weekly shopping and a nice carpark with plenty of spaces on two levels.

Such huge supermarket. You get everything here. Loved the fresh, and fried ready to eat chicken, frozen fries. Way better than M&S food land, which is also nearer to us, but we go all the way to Sainsbury for quality and competitive prices.

While I like Sainsbury's, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, I would suggest that there is room for improvement. In particular, the speed of service at the kiosk. There used to be a dedicated counter for customer service, but now, it's all lumped together.
On Saturday morning, around noon, there was a HUGE queue. No extra staff were summoned. Sainsbury's, please sort this!!!

Great variety of grocery items( though I'd like to see more kids cereals). We liked the ready to eat section of foods -good ribs and assorted salads and side dishes for great prices! Fruits are always fresh!Good assortment of clothes and shoes for adults and kids.(love the Tu brand!)I really loved the clearance section. Home items are always being discounted and are excellent quality and great variety for every colour scheme. I love the habitat brand they carry!
Good helpful service from staff!

Not too busy which is nice. Some of the prices Vs other food stores are in places 30-40% higher for like for like items. Which in a time where people are struggling to even heat and light Their homes is quite shocking. Many items not having SEL's. Availability in some areas is lacking.

I didn't see a single smile from any of the floor staff except what I assume was a female manager? Hard to say for sure as they were not in a uniform or had visible ID showing but was facing up shelves.

Happy workers are naturally more effective! They seemed so down trodden. A shame to be honest.

Got our weekly shop here as the fruit/veg is always good quality but were dreading the bill. However with the number if good deals on that day we were relieved. Good parking, good layout, would recommend the Milton Keynes branch.
