The review left is completely without justification. Unfortunately communication was extremely difficult due to lack of understanding of how our online Booking system works. Confirmations are automatic and an email is sent along with an invoice. Following the use of the hall an automatic email is sent as appreciation of the customer using the hall. Refunds of deposits is only actioned when bank details are received and usually the refund is made on the same day. There was also an issue with the way the hall was left. It was politely suggested that perhaps it would be best if there were no future bookings made.
A very unpleasant and unnecessary confrontation which fortunately is very rare.

I had a flat here. It was lovely. The lady downstairs stank though.

my dad lives here that's why I visit it so much.
